Conditions

Overview

The Policy on Appointment and Employment delineates the conditions, principles, and protections for appointment, employment, and associated contract and work that are integral to the Agreement you enter into whenever — and wherever — you commence or continue any conduct or service relating in any way, directly or indirectly, to The Ikoku Holdings. Please, therefore, take the time to read what follows carefully.

I — Your Policy Agreements

— first, with respect to the Appointment and Employment Policy you enter into via your Agreement with the Codes and Policies, you and The Ikoku Holdings understand and agree to abide by the following:

i. Policy: Name, Nature
that the name of this Policy is the “Policy on Appointment and Employment of The Alvan Ikoku Holdings” (the “Appointment and Employment Policy,” the “Appointment Policy,” the “Contract Policy,” and the “Employment Policy”) and that the nature of this Policy is to serve as the policy on appointment, employment, and associated contract and work of The Alvan Ikoku Holdings.
ii. Policy: Composition
that the Appointment and Employment Policy consists of all conditions, principles, protections, and equivalent provisions for appointment, employment, and associated contract and work in the Codes and Policies of The Alvan Ikoku Holdings (the “Codes and Policies” and the “Policies”) and The Ikoku Holdings Conduct and Service Agreement (the “Agreement”), which therefore include, but are not limited to, those delineated below.
iii. Policy: Agreement
that you understand the Appointment and Employment Policy to be an integral part of the Codes and Policies and the Agreement you enter into with The Ikoku Holdings.
iv. Policy: Consent
that your consent to the Codes and Policies and the Agreement includes your legally equivalent consent to the Appointment and Employment Policy.
v. Policy: Duties
that your duties to the Codes and Policies and the Agreement includes your legally equivalent duties to the Appointment and Employment Policy.
vi. Policy: Entry
that your entry into the Agreement includes your legally equivalent entry into the Appointment and Employment Policy, and similarly occurs whenever you commence or continue any conduct or service at, by, for, in, on, with or otherwise relating to The Ikoku Holdings.
vii. Policy: Legally Abiding
that your attestation about your reading, understanding, consenting and agreeing to legally abide by the Codes and Policies and the Agreement includes your legally attestation about your reading, understanding, consenting and agreeing to legally abide by the Appointment and Employment Policy, in its entirety without modification or severability, as amended from time to time solely by the Founder.
viii. Policy: Legally Binding
that your attestation about your reading, understanding, consenting and agreeing to be legally bound by the Codes and Policies and the Agreement includes your legally equivalent attestation about your reading, understanding, consenting and agreeing to be legally bound by the Appointment and Employment Policy, in its entirety without modification or severability, as amended from time to time solely by the Founder.
ix. Policy: Knowledge
that your attestation about your awareness and acceptance of your responsibility to keep informed and update your knowledge of the Codes and Policies and the Agreement includes your legally equivalent awareness and acceptance of your responsibility to keep informed and update your knowledge of the Appointment and Employment Policy, in its entirety without modification or severability, as amended from time to time solely by the Founder.

II — Your Policy Understandings

— second, with respect to your understandings of the Appointment and Employment Policy, you covenant, represent, and warrant the following:

i. Understanding: Appointment, Employment
that you have read, understood, consented to, and agreed to be legally bound by and abide by understandings of appointment, employment, and work as they are defined and provided for in the Appointment and Employment Policy, the Codes and Policies, and applicable law and regulation.
ii. Understanding: Appointment, Employment Conditions
that you have read, understood, consented to, and agreed to be legally bound by and abide by understandings of appointment, employment and work conditions as they are defined and provided for in the Appointment and Employment Policy, the Codes and Policies, and applicable law and regulation, to be fulfilled and respected and not breached or violated, in any way, by you.
iii. Understanding: Appointment, Employment Definitions
that you have read, understood, consented to, and agreed to be legally bound by and abide by understandings of appointment, employment and work definitions as they are defined and provided for in the Appointment and Employment Policy, the Codes and Policies, and applicable law and regulation, to be fulfilled and respected and not breached or violated, in any way, by you.
iv. Understanding: Appointment, Employment Practices
that you have read, understood, consented to, and agreed to be legally bound by and abide by understandings of appointment, employment and work practices as they are defined and provided for in the Appointment and Employment Policy, the Codes and Policies, and applicable law and regulation, to be fulfilled and respected and not breached or violated, in any way, by you.
v. Understanding: Appointment, Employment Principles
that you have read, understood, consented to, and agreed to be legally bound by and abide by understandings of appointment, employment and work principles as they are defined and provided for in the Appointment and Employment Policy, the Codes and Policies, and applicable law and regulation, to be fulfilled and respected and not infringed or violated, in any way, by you.
vi. Understanding: Appointment, Employment Processes
that you have read, understood, consented to, and agreed to be legally bound by and abide by understandings of appointment, employment and work processes as they are defined and provided for in the Appointment and Employment Policy, the Codes and Policies, and applicable law and regulation, to be fulfilled and respected and not breached or violated, in any way, by you.
vii. Understanding: Appointment, Employment Rights
that you have read, understood, consented to, and agreed to be legally bound by and abide by understandings of appointment, employment and work rights as they are defined and provided for in the Appointment and Employment Policy, the Codes and Policies, and applicable law and regulation, to be fulfilled and respected and not infringed or violated, in any way, by you.
viii. Understanding: Appointment, Employment Safeguards
that you have read, understood, consented to, and agreed to be legally bound by and abide by understandings of appointment, employment and work safeguards and resulting protections as they are defined and provided for in the Appointment and Employment Policy, the Codes and Policies, and applicable law and regulation, to be fulfilled and respected and not breached or violated, in any way, by you.
ix. Understanding: Appointment, Employment Violations
that you have read, understood, consented to, and agreed to be legally bound by and abide by understandings of appointment, employment and work breach, diminishment, incompatibility, infringement, and violation as they are defined and provided for in the Appointment and Employment Policy, the Codes and Policies, and applicable law and regulation, to not be brought about, in any way, by you.

III — Your Policy Commitments

— third, with respect to your commitments to the Appointment and Employment Policy, you and The Ikoku Holdings understand and agree to abide by the following:

i. Commitment: Basis
that your commitment is the basis for any conduct or service at, by, for, in, on, with, or otherwise relating to The Ikoku Holdings that you commence or continue — including via any of the Products or Services, or the divisions, series, subsidiaries, or affiliates — and that any such conduct or service is free of any incompatibility with The Ikoku Holdings or violation of the Appointment and Employment Policy, the Codes and Policies, or applicable law or regulation.
ii. Commitment: Appointment, Employment
that this commitment include but not be limited to upholding for every person at The Ikoku Holdings the most humane, protective and respectful interpretations of appointment, employment, and work, including as provided for in the Appointment and Employment Policy, the Codes and Policies, and applicable law and regulation.
iii. Commitment: Appointment, Employment Conditions
that this commitment include but not be limited to upholding for every person at The Ikoku Holdings the most humane, protective and respectful interpretations of appointment, employment and work conditions, including as provided for in the Appointment and Employment Policy, the Codes and Policies, and applicable law and regulation.
iv. Commitment: Appointment, Employment Definitions
that this commitment include but not be limited to upholding for every person at The Ikoku Holdings the most humane, protective and respectful interpretations of appointment, employment and work definitions, including as provided for in the Appointment and Employment Policy, the Codes and Policies, and applicable law and regulation.
v. Commitment: Appointment, Employment Principles
that this commitment include but not be limited to upholding for every person at The Ikoku Holdings the most humane, protective and respectful interpretations of appointment, employment and work principles, including as provided for in the Appointment and Employment Policy, the Codes and Policies, and applicable law and regulation.
vi. Commitment: Appointment, Employment Processes
that this commitment include but not be limited to upholding for every person at The Ikoku Holdings the most humane, protective and respectful interpretations of appointment, employment and work processes, including as provided for in the Appointment and Employment Policy, the Codes and Policies, and applicable law and regulation.
vii. Commitment: Appointment, Employment Rights
that this commitment include but not be limited to upholding for every person at The Ikoku Holdings the most humane, protective and respectful interpretations of appointment, employment and work rights, including as provided for in the Appointment and Employment Policy, the Codes and Policies, and applicable law and regulation.
viii. Commitment: Appointment, Employment Safeguards
that this commitment include but not be limited to upholding for every person at The Ikoku Holdings the most humane, protective and respectful interpretations of appointment, employment and work safeguards and resulting protections, including as provided for in the Appointment and Employment Policy, the Codes and Policies, and applicable law and regulation.
ix. Commitment: Your Duty, Practices
that you respectfully assist solely via Your Duties as described in the Codes and Policies and the Appointment and Employment Policy and in no way interfere with or impede the reasonable efforts authorized and executed solely by the Founder to translate the above commitments into practices for adopting and applying policies pertaining to appointment, employment, and work; for adjudicating and determining compliance with the policies; and for fulfilling The Ikoku Holdings’s own duties pertaining to appointment, employment, and work, appointment, employment and work conditions, appointment, employment and work definitions, appointment, employment and work principles, appointment, employment and work processes, appointment, employment and work rights, and appointment, employment and work safeguards and their resulting protections, including as provided for in the Appointment and Employment Policy, the Codes and Policies, and applicable law and regulation.
x. Commitment: Your Duty, Protections
that you also respectfully assist solely via Your Duties as described in the Codes and Policies and the Appointment and Employment Policy and in no way interfere with or impede the reasonable efforts authorized and executed solely by the Founder to develop and enforce appointment, employment and work protections derived from, first, applicable law and regulation, and second, from advances in appointment, employment, and work that protect persons in ways that go beyond what such law and regulation currently provides.

Principles

Provision

The Policy on Appointment and Employment requires your adherence to the conditions above and correlative conditions and principles delineated below.

A — On Appointment

Conditions for Appointment

— With respect to conditions for appointment, you and The Ikoku Holdings understand and agree to abide by the following:

i. Conditions, Appointment
that, in addition to your Agreement, you maintain and not infringe, in any way, the ensuing conditions for appointment, which depend on the proprietary and protective nature of The Alvan Ikoku Holdings — including its official entities, persons, the Founder, and The Ikoku Holdings Administration — as a proprietary and protective company division and organization and as entities and persons of proprietary and protective administration.
ii. Conditions, Appointment: Administration
that the appointment administration of The Ikoku Holdings and The Ikoku Holdings Administration and the rights attendant to such appointment — as conducted solely by the Founder, Alvan Azinna Chibuzo Ikoku, and executed solely via the Founder’s authorization — are actively attained, maintained, protected, and secured, are fully enjoyed and fulfilled, and are not infringed in any way.
iii. Conditions, Appointment: Areas
that the appointment administration of the official areas of The Ikoku Holdings and The Ikoku Holdings Administration and the rights attendant to such appointment — including that providing for and otherwise pertaining to the appointments of its official areas, offices, parts, properties, sections, and equivalent, as authorized solely by the Founder, Alvan Azinna Chibuzo Ikoku — are actively attained, maintained, protected, and secured, are fully enjoyed and fulfilled, and are not infringed in any way.
iv. Conditions, Appointment: Founder
that the appointment administration of The Ikoku Holdings’s Founder, Alvan Azinna Chibuzo Ikoku, and the rights attendant to such appointment — including that providing for and otherwise pertaining to the appointments of the Founder, his activities, administration, conduct and service, as executed solely by the Founder’s authorization — are actively attained, maintained, protected, and secured, are fully enjoyed and fulfilled, and are not infringed in any way.
v. Conditions, Appointment: Ownership
that the appointment-related ownership of The Ikoku Holdings and The Ikoku Holdings Administration and the rights attendant to such appointment — including that providing for and otherwise pertaining to the appointment-related interests-, share-, stake- and stock-holding, ownership, and equivalent of The Ikoku Holdings and The Ikoku Holdings Administration, solely and wholly by the Founder, Alvan Azinna Chibuzo Ikoku — are actively attained, maintained, protected, and secured, are fully enjoyed and fulfilled, and are not infringed in any way.
vi. Conditions, Appointment: Practices
that the appointment practices of The Ikoku Holdings and The Ikoku Holdings Administration and the rights attendant to such appointment — including that pertaining to practices for engaging, ensuring, evaluating, and executing the appointments of The Ikoku Holdings, The Ikoku Holdings Administration, its official entities, persons, the Founder, and its conduct and service, as authorized solely by the Founder, Alvan Azinna Chibuzo Ikoku — are actively attained, maintained, protected, and secured, are fully enjoyed and fulfilled, and are not infringed in any way.
vii. Conditions, Appointment: Reporting
that the appointment-related reporting of actual, anticipated or apparent infringement relating to The Ikoku Holdings and The Ikoku Holdings Administration and the rights attendant to such appointment — including that providing for and otherwise pertaining to the appointment-related reporting of any infringement or equivalent of the Codes and Policies and applicable law and regulation, directly to and fully informing the Founder, Alvan Azinna Chibuzo Ikoku — are actively attained, maintained, protected, and secured, are fully enjoyed and fulfilled, and are not infringed in any way.

Duties for Appointment

— With respect to duties for appointment, you and The Ikoku Holdings understand and agree to abide by the following:

i. Duty, Appointment: Activity
that you and The Ikoku Holdings have a duty to maintain and not infringe, in any way, the appointment administration — including its engagement, evaluation, and execution, prohibition, protection, and provision — of an act or activity.
ii. Duty, Appointment: Agent
that you and The Ikoku Holdings have a duty to maintain and not infringe, in any way, the appointment administration — including its engagement, evaluation, and execution, prohibition, protection, and provision — of an agent or party.
iii. Duty, Appointment: Arrangement
that you and The Ikoku Holdings have a duty to maintain and not infringe, in any way, the appointment administration — including its engagement, evaluation, and execution, prohibition, protection, and provision — of an arrangement.
iv. Duty, Appointment: Conduct, Service
that you and The Ikoku Holdings have a duty to maintain and not infringe, in any way, the appointment administration — including its engagement, evaluation, and execution, prohibition, protection, and provision — of a conduct or service.
v. Duty, Appointment: Entity, Organization
that you and The Ikoku Holdings have a duty to maintain and not infringe, in any way, the appointment administration of The Alvan Ikoku Holdings — including its official entities, persons, the Founder, and The Ikoku Holdings Administration — as a proprietary and protective company division and organization and as entities and persons of proprietary and protective administration.
vi. Duty, Appointment: Expectation
that you and The Ikoku Holdings have a duty to heed and not infringe, in any way, any expectation for appointment — such as in the setting of adequately protecting and providing for engagement, environment, evaluation, execution, and work — that is meaningful and reasonable.
vii. Duty, Appointment: Material
that you and The Ikoku Holdings have a duty to maintain and not infringe, in any way, the appointment administration — including its engagement, evaluation, and execution, prohibition, protection, and provision — of a material.
viii. Duty, Appointment: Matter
that you and The Ikoku Holdings have a duty to maintain and not infringe, in any way, the appointment administration — including its engagement, evaluation, and execution, prohibition, protection, and provision — of a matter.
ix. Duty, Appointment: Procedure
that you and The Ikoku Holdings have a duty to maintain and not infringe, in any way, the appointment administration — including its engagement, evaluation, and execution, prohibition, protection, and provision — of a procedure, proceeding, or process.
x. Duty, Appointment: Relation
that you and The Ikoku Holdings have a duty to maintain and not infringe, in any way, the appointment administration — including its engagement, evaluation, and execution, prohibition, protection, and provision — of a relation or relationship to an entity, office, or person.
xi. Duty, Appointment: Request
that you and The Ikoku Holdings have a duty to consider then not infringe, in any way, a request for appointment — such as in the setting of adequately protecting and providing for engagement, environment, evaluation, execution, and work — that is meaningful and reasonable.
xii. Duty, Appointment: Reporting
that your sole means of fulfilling the aforementioned duties is by refraining from and reporting — via fully informing communication directly to the Founder — any infringement of appointment, and furthermore, not in any way diminishing or hindering the Founder’s sole discretion and powers to adjudicate and remedy such infringements.

Rights for Appointment

— With respect to rights for appointment, you and The Ikoku Holdings understand and agree to abide by the following:

i. Rights, Appointment: Applicable Law
that you and The Ikoku Holdings do not infringe, in any way, the rights for appointment — as they pertain to adequately protecting and providing for engagement, environment, evaluation, execution, and work — accorded to persons by applicable law and regulation.
ii. Rights, Appointment: Civil, Fundamental
that you and The Ikoku Holdings do not infringe, in any way, the rights for appointment — as they pertain to adequately protecting and providing for engagement, environment, evaluation, execution, and work — accorded to persons by their polities.
iii. Rights, Appointment: Entity, Organization
that you and The Ikoku Holdings do not infringe, in any way, the rights for appointment of The Alvan Ikoku Holdings — including its official entities, persons, the Founder, and The Ikoku Holdings Administration — as a proprietary and protective company division and organization and as entities and persons of proprietary and protective administration.

Safeguards for Appointment

— With respect to safeguards for appointment, you and The Ikoku Holdings understand and agree to abide by the following:

i. Safeguards, Appointment: Activity
that you do not infringe, in any way, the practices, processes, protections, and other provisions of The Ikoku Holdings to safeguard the appointment administration — including its engagement, evaluation, and execution, prohibition, protection, and provision — of an act or activity.
ii. Safeguards, Appointment: Agent
that you do not infringe, in any way, the practices, processes, protections, and other provisions of The Ikoku Holdings to safeguard the appointment administration — including its engagement, evaluation, and execution, prohibition, protection, and provision — of an agent or party.
iii. Safeguards, Appointment: Arrangement
that you do not infringe, in any way, the practices, processes, protections, and other provisions of The Ikoku Holdings to safeguard the appointment administration — including its engagement, evaluation, and execution, prohibition, protection, and provision — of an arrangement.
iv. Safeguards, Appointment: Conduct, Service
that you do not infringe, in any way, the practices, processes, protections, and other provisions of The Ikoku Holdings to safeguard the appointment administration — including its engagement, evaluation, and execution, prohibition, protection, and provision — of a conduct or service.
v. Safeguards, Appointment: Entity, Organization
that you do not infringe, in any way, the practices, processes, protections, and other provisions of The Ikoku Holdings to safeguard the appointments of The Alvan Ikoku Holdings — including its official entities, persons, the Founder, and The Ikoku Holdings Administration — as a proprietary and protective company division and organization and as entities and persons of proprietary and protective administration.
vi. Safeguards, Appointment: Expectation
that you do not infringe, in any way, the practices, processes, protections, and other provisions of The Ikoku Holdings to fulfill and safeguard an expectation for appointment that is meaningful and reasonable.
vii. Safeguards, Appointment: Material
that you do not infringe, in any way, the practices, processes, protections, and other provisions of The Ikoku Holdings to safeguard the appointment administration — including its engagement, evaluation, and execution, prohibition, protection, and provision — of a material.
viii. Safeguards, Appointment: Matter
that you do not infringe, in any way, the practices, processes, protections, and other provisions of The Ikoku Holdings to safeguard the appointment administration — including its engagement, evaluation, and execution, prohibition, protection, and provision — of a matter.
ix. Safeguards, Appointment: Procedure
that you do not infringe, in any way, the practices, processes, protections, and other provisions of The Ikoku Holdings to safeguard the appointment administration — including its engagement, evaluation, and execution, prohibition, protection, and provision — of a procedure, proceeding, or process.
x. Safeguards, Appointment: Relation
that you do not infringe, in any way, the practices, processes, protections, and other provisions of The Ikoku Holdings to safeguard the appointment administration — including its engagement, evaluation, and execution, prohibition, protection, and provision — of a relation or relationship to an entity, office, or person.
xi. Safeguards, Appointment: Request
that you do not infringe, in any way, the practices, processes, protections, and other provisions of The Ikoku Holdings to fulfill and safeguard a request for appointment that is meaningful and reasonable.
xii. Safeguards, Appointment: Rights
that you do not infringe, in any way, the practices, processes, protections, and other provisions of The Ikoku Holdings to fulfill and safeguard the aforementioned and other rights for appointment, including but not limited to those provided for in the Codes and Policies and applicable law and regulation.
xiii. Safeguards, Appointment: Reporting
that your primary means of respecting the aforementioned safeguards is by refraining from and reporting — via fully informing communication directly to the Founder — any infringement of appointment, and furthermore, not in any way diminishing or hindering the Founder’s sole discretion and powers to adjudicate and remedy such infringements.

B — On Employment

Conditions for Employment

— With respect to conditions for employment, you and The Ikoku Holdings understand and agree to abide by the following:

i. Conditions, Employment
that, in addition to your Agreement, you maintain and not infringe, in any way, the ensuing conditions for employment, which depend on the proprietary and protective nature of The Alvan Ikoku Holdings — including its official entities, persons, the Founder, and The Ikoku Holdings Administration — as a proprietary and protective company division and organization and as entities and persons of proprietary and protective administration.
ii. Conditions, Employment: Administration
that the employment administration of The Ikoku Holdings and The Ikoku Holdings Administration and the rights attendant to such employment — as conducted solely by the Founder, Alvan Azinna Chibuzo Ikoku, and executed solely via the Founder’s authorization — are actively attained, maintained, protected, and secured, are fully enjoyed and fulfilled, and are not infringed in any way.
iii. Conditions, Employment: Areas
that the employment administration of the official areas of The Ikoku Holdings and The Ikoku Holdings Administration and the rights attendant to such employment — including that providing for and otherwise pertaining to the employments of its official areas, offices, parts, properties, sections, and equivalent, as authorized solely by the Founder, Alvan Azinna Chibuzo Ikoku — are actively attained, maintained, protected, and secured, are fully enjoyed and fulfilled, and are not infringed in any way.
iv. Conditions, Employment: Founder
that the employment administration of The Ikoku Holdings’s Founder, Alvan Azinna Chibuzo Ikoku, and the rights attendant to such employment — including that providing for and otherwise pertaining to the employments of the Founder, his activities, administration, conduct and service, as executed solely by the Founder’s authorization — are actively attained, maintained, protected, and secured, are fully enjoyed and fulfilled, and are not infringed in any way.
v. Conditions, Employment: Ownership
that the employment-related ownership of The Ikoku Holdings and The Ikoku Holdings Administration and the rights attendant to such employment — including that providing for and otherwise pertaining to the employment-related interests-, share-, stake- and stock-holding, ownership, and equivalent of The Ikoku Holdings and The Ikoku Holdings Administration, solely and wholly by the Founder, Alvan Azinna Chibuzo Ikoku — are actively attained, maintained, protected, and secured, are fully enjoyed and fulfilled, and are not infringed in any way.
vi. Conditions, Employment: Practices
that the employment practices of The Ikoku Holdings and The Ikoku Holdings Administration and the rights attendant to such employment — including that pertaining to practices for engaging, ensuring, evaluating, and executing the employments of The Ikoku Holdings, The Ikoku Holdings Administration, its official entities, persons, the Founder, and its conduct and service, as authorized solely by the Founder, Alvan Azinna Chibuzo Ikoku — are actively attained, maintained, protected, and secured, are fully enjoyed and fulfilled, and are not infringed in any way.
vii. Conditions, Employment: Reporting
that the employment-related reporting of actual, anticipated or apparent infringement relating to The Ikoku Holdings and The Ikoku Holdings Administration and the rights attendant to such employment — including that providing for and otherwise pertaining to the employment-related reporting of any infringement or equivalent of the Codes and Policies and applicable law and regulation, directly to and fully informing the Founder, Alvan Azinna Chibuzo Ikoku — are actively attained, maintained, protected, and secured, are fully enjoyed and fulfilled, and are not infringed in any way.

Duties for Employment

— With respect to duties for employment, you and The Ikoku Holdings understand and agree to abide by the following:

i. Duty, Employment: Activity
that you and The Ikoku Holdings have a duty to maintain and not infringe, in any way, the employment administration — including its engagement, evaluation, and execution, prohibition, protection, and provision — of an act or activity.
ii. Duty, Employment: Agent
that you and The Ikoku Holdings have a duty to maintain and not infringe, in any way, the employment administration — including its engagement, evaluation, and execution, prohibition, protection, and provision — of an agent or party.
iii. Duty, Employment: Arrangement
that you and The Ikoku Holdings have a duty to maintain and not infringe, in any way, the employment administration — including its engagement, evaluation, and execution, prohibition, protection, and provision — of an arrangement.
iv. Duty, Employment: Conduct, Service
that you and The Ikoku Holdings have a duty to maintain and not infringe, in any way, the employment administration — including its engagement, evaluation, and execution, prohibition, protection, and provision — of a conduct or service.
v. Duty, Employment: Entity, Organization
that you and The Ikoku Holdings have a duty to maintain and not infringe, in any way, the employment administration of The Alvan Ikoku Holdings — including its official entities, persons, the Founder, and The Ikoku Holdings Administration — as a proprietary and protective company division and organization and as entities and persons of proprietary and protective administration.

that you and The Ikoku Holdings have a duty to maintain and not infringe, in any way, the employment administration — including its engagement, evaluation, and execution, prohibition, protection, and provision — of a material.

that you and The Ikoku Holdings have a duty to maintain and not infringe, in any way, the employment administration — including its engagement, evaluation, and execution, prohibition, protection, and provision — of a matter.
ix. Duty, Employment: Procedure
that you and The Ikoku Holdings have a duty to maintain and not infringe, in any way, the employment administration — including its engagement, evaluation, and execution, prohibition, protection, and provision — of a procedure, proceeding, or process.
x. Duty, Employment: Relation
that you and The Ikoku Holdings have a duty to maintain and not infringe, in any way, the employment administration — including its engagement, evaluation, and execution, prohibition, protection, and provision — of a relation or relationship to an entity, office, or person.
xi. Duty, Employment: Request
that you and The Ikoku Holdings have a duty to consider then not infringe, in any way, a request for employment — such as in the setting of adequately protecting and providing for engagement, environment, evaluation, execution, and work — that is meaningful and reasonable.
xii. Duty, Employment: Reporting
that your sole means of fulfilling the aforementioned duties is by refraining from and reporting — via fully informing communication directly to the Founder — any infringement of employment, and furthermore, not in any way diminishing or hindering the Founder’s sole discretion and powers to adjudicate and remedy such infringements.

Rights for Employment

— With respect to rights for employment, you and The Ikoku Holdings understand and agree to abide by the following:

i. Rights, Employment: Applicable Law
that you and The Ikoku Holdings do not infringe, in any way, the rights for employment — as they pertain to adequately protecting and providing for engagement, environment, evaluation, execution, and work — accorded to persons by applicable law and regulation.
ii. Rights, Employment: Civil, Fundamental
that you and The Ikoku Holdings do not infringe, in any way, the rights for employment — as they pertain to adequately protecting and providing for engagement, environment, evaluation, execution, and work — accorded to persons by their polities.
iii. Rights, Employment: Entity, Organization
that you and The Ikoku Holdings do not infringe, in any way, the rights for employment of The Alvan Ikoku Holdings — including its official entities, persons, the Founder, and The Ikoku Holdings Administration — as a proprietary and protective company division and organization and as entities and persons of proprietary and protective administration.

Safeguards for Employment

— With respect to safeguards for employment, you and The Ikoku Holdings understand and agree to abide by the following:

i. Safeguards, Employment: Activity
that you do not infringe, in any way, the practices, processes, protections, and other provisions of The Ikoku Holdings to safeguard the employment administration — including its engagement, evaluation, and execution, prohibition, protection, and provision — of an act or activity.
ii. Safeguards, Employment: Agent
that you do not infringe, in any way, the practices, processes, protections, and other provisions of The Ikoku Holdings to safeguard the employment administration — including its engagement, evaluation, and execution, prohibition, protection, and provision — of an agent or party.
iii. Safeguards, Employment: Arrangement
that you do not infringe, in any way, the practices, processes, protections, and other provisions of The Ikoku Holdings to safeguard the employment administration — including its engagement, evaluation, and execution, prohibition, protection, and provision — of an arrangement.
iv. Safeguards, Employment: Conduct, Service
that you do not infringe, in any way, the practices, processes, protections, and other provisions of The Ikoku Holdings to safeguard the employment administration — including its engagement, evaluation, and execution, prohibition, protection, and provision — of a conduct or service.
v. Safeguards, Employment: Entity, Organization
that you do not infringe, in any way, the practices, processes, protections, and other provisions of The Ikoku Holdings to safeguard the employments of The Alvan Ikoku Holdings — including its official entities, persons, the Founder, and The Ikoku Holdings Administration — as a proprietary and protective company division and organization and as entities and persons of proprietary and protective administration.
vi. Safeguards, Employment: Expectation
that you do not infringe, in any way, the practices, processes, protections, and other provisions of The Ikoku Holdings to fulfill and safeguard an expectation for employment that is meaningful and reasonable.
vii. Safeguards, Employment: Material
that you do not infringe, in any way, the practices, processes, protections, and other provisions of The Ikoku Holdings to safeguard the employment administration — including its engagement, evaluation, and execution, prohibition, protection, and provision — of a material.
viii. Safeguards, Employment: Matter
that you do not infringe, in any way, the practices, processes, protections, and other provisions of The Ikoku Holdings to safeguard the employment administration — including its engagement, evaluation, and execution, prohibition, protection, and provision — of a matter.
ix. Safeguards, Employment: Procedure
that you do not infringe, in any way, the practices, processes, protections, and other provisions of The Ikoku Holdings to safeguard the employment administration — including its engagement, evaluation, and execution, prohibition, protection, and provision — of a procedure, proceeding, or process.
x. Safeguards, Employment: Relation
that you do not infringe, in any way, the practices, processes, protections, and other provisions of The Ikoku Holdings to safeguard the employment administration — including its engagement, evaluation, and execution, prohibition, protection, and provision — of a relation or relationship to an entity, office, or person.
xi. Safeguards, Employment: Request
that you do not infringe, in any way, the practices, processes, protections, and other provisions of The Ikoku Holdings to fulfill and safeguard a request for employment that is meaningful and reasonable.
xii. Safeguards, Employment: Rights
that you do not infringe, in any way, the practices, processes, protections, and other provisions of The Ikoku Holdings to fulfill and safeguard the aforementioned and other rights for employment, including but not limited to those provided for in the Codes and Policies and applicable law and regulation.
xiii. Safeguards, Employment: Reporting
that your primary means of respecting the aforementioned safeguards is by refraining from and reporting — via fully informing communication directly to the Founder — any infringement of employment, and furthermore, not in any way diminishing or hindering the Founder’s sole discretion and powers to adjudicate and remedy such infringements.

— No Abuse

— With respect to prohibitions against abuse, you and The Ikoku Holdings understand and agree to abide by the following:

i. Prohibitions, Abuse: Basis
that you and The Ikoku Holdings do not, in any way, subject an official person of The Ikoku Holdings to abuse in appointment, employment, or work — including any form of emotional, mental, physical and psychological abuse, bullying, hazing, isolation, threat, or violence.
ii. Prohibitions, Abuse: Civil
that you and The Ikoku Holdings do not infringe, in any way, the prohibitions, protections, and rights against abuse in appointment, employment, and work — including emotional, mental, physical and psychological abuse, bullying, hazing, isolation, threat, and violence — accorded to persons by their polities.
iii. Prohibitions, Abuse: Legal
that you and The Ikoku Holdings do not infringe, in any way, the prohibitions, protections, and rights against abuse in appointment, employment, and work — including emotional, mental, physical and psychological abuse, bullying, hazing, isolation, threat, and violence — accorded to persons by applicable law and regulation.
iv. Prohibitions, Abuse: Organization
that you and The Ikoku Holdings do not infringe, in any way, the prohibitions, protections, and rights against abuse in appointment, employment, and work — including emotional, mental, physical and psychological abuse, bullying, hazing, isolation, threat, and violence — hereby accorded by and to The Ikoku Holdings and its Founder.

— No Coercion, Duress

— With respect to prohibitions against coercion and duress, you and The Ikoku Holdings understand and agree to abide by the following:

i. Prohibitions, Coercion: Basis
that you and The Ikoku Holdings do not, in any way, subject an official person of The Ikoku Holdings to coercion or duress in appointment, employment, or work — including any form of coerced labor, service, or servitude under unlawful duress, intimidation, threat, retention, or withholding.
ii. Prohibitions, Coercion: Civil
that you and The Ikoku Holdings do not infringe, in any way, the prohibitions, protections, and rights against coercion and duress in appointment, employment, and work — including coerced labor, service, and servitude under unlawful duress, intimidation, threat, retention, or withholding — accorded to persons by their polities.
iii. Prohibitions, Coercion: Legal
that you and The Ikoku Holdings do not infringe, in any way, the prohibitions, protections, and rights against coercion and duress in appointment, employment, and work — including coerced labor, service, and servitude under unlawful duress, intimidation, threat, retention, or withholding — accorded to persons by applicable law and regulation.
iv. Prohibitions, Coercion: Organization
that you and The Ikoku Holdings do not infringe, in any way, the prohibitions, protections, and rights against coercion and duress in appointment, employment, and work — including coerced labor, service, and servitude under unlawful duress, intimidation, threat, retention, or withholding — hereby accorded by and to The Ikoku Holdings and its Founder.

— No Discrimination

— With respect to prohibitions against discrimination, you and The Ikoku Holdings understand and agree to abide by the following:

that you and The Ikoku Holdings do not, in any way, subject an official person of The Ikoku Holdings to discrimination in appointment, employment, or work — including any form of age, disability, ethnic, gender, health, racial, religious or sexual discrimination.

that you and The Ikoku Holdings do not infringe, in any way, the prohibitions, protections, and rights against discrimination in appointment, employment, and work — including age, disability, ethnic, gender, health, racial, religious and sexual discrimination — accorded to persons by their polities.
iii. Prohibitions, Discrimination: Legal
that you and The Ikoku Holdings do not infringe, in any way, the prohibitions, protections, and rights against discrimination in appointment, employment, and work — including age, disability, ethnic, gender, health, racial, religious and sexual discrimination — accorded to persons by applicable law and regulation.

— No Endangerment

— With respect to prohibitions against endangerment, you and The Ikoku Holdings understand and agree to abide by the following:

that you and The Ikoku Holdings do not, in any way, subject an official person of The Ikoku Holdings to endangerment in appointment, employment, or work — including any harmful or injurious diminishment in occupational or workplace condition, health, or safety.
ii. Prohibitions, Endangerment: Civil
that you and The Ikoku Holdings do not infringe, in any way, the prohibitions, protections, and rights against endangerment in appointment, employment, and work — including all harmful and injurious diminishment in occupational and workplace condition, health, and safety — accorded to persons by their polities.
iii. Prohibitions, Endangerment: Legal
that you and The Ikoku Holdings do not infringe, in any way, the prohibitions, protections, and rights against endangerment in appointment, employment, and work — including all harmful and injurious diminishment in occupational and workplace condition, health, and safety — accorded to persons by applicable law and regulation.
iv. Prohibitions, Endangerment: Organization
that you and The Ikoku Holdings do not infringe, in any way, the prohibitions, protections, and rights against endangerment in appointment, employment, and work — including all harmful and injurious diminishment in occupational and workplace condition, health, and safety — hereby accorded by and to The Ikoku Holdings and its Founder.

— With respect to prohibitions against enslavement, you and The Ikoku Holdings understand and agree to abide by the following:

that you and The Ikoku Holdings do not, in any way, subject an official person of The Ikoku Holdings to enslavement in appointment, employment, or work — including any form of enslaved or slave labor, service, or servitude.

that you and The Ikoku Holdings do not infringe, in any way, the prohibitions, protections, and rights against enslavement in appointment, employment, and work — including enslaved and slave labor, service, and servitude — accorded to persons by their polities.
iii. Prohibitions, Enslavement: Legal
that you and The Ikoku Holdings do not infringe, in any way, the prohibitions, protections, and rights against enslavement in appointment, employment, and work — including enslaved and slave labor, service, and servitude — accorded to persons by applicable law and regulation.

— With respect to prohibitions against exposure and intrusion, you and The Ikoku Holdings understand and agree to abide by the following:

that you and The Ikoku Holdings do not, in any way, subject an official person of The Ikoku Holdings to exposure or intrusion in appointment, employment, or work — including any breach, diminishment, or violation of confidentiality or privacy.

that you and The Ikoku Holdings do not infringe, in any way, the prohibitions, protections, and rights against exposure and intrusion in appointment, employment, and work — including all breach, diminishment, and violation of confidentiality and privacy — accorded to persons by their polities.
iii. Prohibitions, Exposure: Legal
that you and The Ikoku Holdings do not infringe, in any way, the prohibitions, protections, and rights against exposure and intrusion in appointment, employment, and work — including all breach, diminishment, and violation of confidentiality and privacy — accorded to persons by applicable law and regulation.
iv. Prohibitions, Exposure: Organization
that you and The Ikoku Holdings do not infringe, in any way, the prohibitions, protections, and rights against exposure and intrusion in appointment, employment, and work — including all breach, diminishment, and violation of confidentiality and privacy — hereby accorded by and to The Ikoku Holdings and its Founder.

— No Force

— With respect to prohibitions against force, you and The Ikoku Holdings understand and agree to abide by the following:

that you and The Ikoku Holdings do not, in any way, subject an official person of The Ikoku Holdings to force in appointment, employment, or work — including any form of forced, incarcerated, involuntary or prison labor, service, or servitude.

that you and The Ikoku Holdings do not infringe, in any way, the prohibitions, protections, and rights against force in appointment, employment, and work — including forced, incarcerated, involuntary and prison labor, service, and servitude — accorded to persons by their polities.
iii. Prohibitions, Force: Legal
that you and The Ikoku Holdings do not infringe, in any way, the prohibitions, protections, and rights against force in appointment, employment, and work — including forced, incarcerated, involuntary and prison labor, service, and servitude — accorded to persons by applicable law and regulation.
iv. Prohibitions, Force: Organization
that you and The Ikoku Holdings do not infringe, in any way, the prohibitions, protections, and rights against force in appointment, employment, and work — including forced, incarcerated, involuntary and prison labor, service, and servitude — hereby accorded by and to The Ikoku Holdings and its Founder.

— No Harassment

— With respect to prohibitions against harassment, you and The Ikoku Holdings understand and agree to abide by the following:

that you and The Ikoku Holdings do not, in any way, subject an official person of The Ikoku Holdings to harassment in appointment, employment, or work — including any form of disability, gender, ethnic, personal, physical, political, racial, religious, sexual or social harassment or persecution.

that you and The Ikoku Holdings do not infringe, in any way, the prohibitions, protections, and rights against harassment in appointment, employment, and work — including disability, gender, ethnic, personal, physical, political, racial, religious, sexual and social harassment or persecution — accorded to persons by their polities.
iii. Prohibitions, Harassment: Legal
that you and The Ikoku Holdings do not infringe, in any way, the prohibitions, protections, and rights against harassment in appointment, employment, and work — including disability, gender, ethnic, personal, physical, political, racial, religious, sexual and social harassment or persecution — accorded to persons by applicable law and regulation.
iv. Prohibitions, Harassment: Organization
that you and The Ikoku Holdings do not infringe, in any way, the prohibitions, protections, and rights against harassment in appointment, employment, and work — including disability, gender, ethnic, personal, physical, political, racial, religious, sexual and social harassment or persecution — hereby accorded by and to The Ikoku Holdings and its Founder.

— No Indenture

— With respect to prohibitions against indenture, you and The Ikoku Holdings understand and agree to abide by the following:

i. Prohibitions, Indenture: Basis
that you and The Ikoku Holdings do not, in any way, subject an official person of The Ikoku Holdings to indenture in appointment, employment, or work — including any form of bonded, indebted, or indentured labor, peonage, service, or servitude.
ii. Prohibitions, Indenture: Civil
that you and The Ikoku Holdings do not infringe, in any way, the prohibitions, protections, and rights against indenture in appointment, employment, and work — including bonded, indebted, and indentured labor, peonage, service, and servitude — accorded to persons by their polities.
iii. Prohibitions, Indenture: Legal
that you and The Ikoku Holdings do not infringe, in any way, the prohibitions, protections, and rights against indenture in appointment, employment, and work — including bonded, indebted, and indentured labor, peonage, service, and servitude — accorded to persons by applicable law and regulation.
iv. Prohibitions, Indenture: Organization
that you and The Ikoku Holdings do not infringe, in any way, the prohibitions, protections, and rights against indenture in appointment, employment, and work — including bonded, indebted, and indentured labor, peonage, service, and servitude — hereby accorded by and to The Ikoku Holdings and its Founder.

— No Retaliation

— With respect to prohibitions against retaliation, you and The Ikoku Holdings understand and agree to abide by the following:

i. Prohibitions, Retaliation: Basis
that you and The Ikoku Holdings do not, in any way, subject an official person of The Ikoku Holdings to retaliation in appointment, employment, or work — including any form of banishment, blackballing, blacklisting, blocking, demotion, frustration, isolation, public or private collusion or coordination, regulatory capture, resource disenfranchisement or strangulation, scapegoating, targeting, or wrongful termination.
ii. Prohibitions, Retaliation: Civil
that you and The Ikoku Holdings do not infringe, in any way, the prohibitions, protections, and rights against retaliation in appointment, employment, and work — including banishment, blackballing, blacklisting, blocking, demotion, frustration, isolation, public and private collusion and coordination, regulatory capture, resource disenfranchisement and strangulation, scapegoating, targeting, and wrongful termination — accorded to persons by their polities.
iii. Prohibitions, Retaliation: Legal
that you and The Ikoku Holdings do not infringe, in any way, the prohibitions, protections, and rights against retaliation in appointment, employment, and work — including banishment, blackballing, blacklisting, blocking, demotion, frustration, isolation, public and private collusion and coordination, regulatory capture, resource disenfranchisement and strangulation, scapegoating, targeting, and wrongful termination — accorded to persons by applicable law and regulation.
iv. Prohibitions, Retaliation: Organization
that you and The Ikoku Holdings do not infringe, in any way, the prohibitions, protections, and rights against retaliation in appointment, employment, and work — including banishment, blackballing, blacklisting, blocking, demotion, frustration, isolation, public and private collusion and coordination, regulatory capture, resource disenfranchisement and strangulation, scapegoating, targeting, and wrongful termination — hereby accorded by and to The Ikoku Holdings and its Founder.

— No Surveillance

— With respect to prohibitions against surveillance, you and The Ikoku Holdings understand and agree to abide by the following:

i. Prohibitions, Surveillance: Basis
that you and The Ikoku Holdings do not, in any way, subject an official person of The Ikoku Holdings to surveillance in appointment, employment, or work — including any form of intrusive, pervasive, surreptitious or unconsented eavesdropping, following, monitoring, policing, predicting, recording, spying, stalking, supervision, tracking, videoing, watching, or wiretapping.
ii. Prohibitions, Surveillance: Civil
that you and The Ikoku Holdings do not infringe, in any way, the prohibitions, protections, and rights against surveillance in appointment, employment, and work — including all the aforementioned eavesdropping, following, monitoring, policing, predicting, recording, spying, stalking, supervision, tracking, videoing, watching, and wiretapping — accorded to persons by their polities.
iii. Prohibitions, Surveillance: Legal
that you and The Ikoku Holdings do not infringe, in any way, the prohibitions, protections, and rights against surveillance in appointment, employment, and work — including all the aforementioned eavesdropping, following, monitoring, policing, predicting, recording, spying, stalking, supervision, tracking, videoing, watching, and wiretapping — accorded to persons by applicable law and regulation.
iv. Prohibitions, Surveillance: Organization
that you and The Ikoku Holdings do not infringe, in any way, the prohibitions, protections, and rights against surveillance in appointment, employment, and work — including all the aforementioned eavesdropping, following, monitoring, policing, predicting, recording, spying, stalking, supervision, tracking, videoing, watching, and wiretapping — hereby accorded by and to The Ikoku Holdings and its Founder.

— No Trafficking

— With respect to prohibitions against trafficking, you and The Ikoku Holdings understand and agree to abide by the following:

i. Prohibitions, Trafficking: Basis
that you and The Ikoku Holdings do not, in any way, subject an official person of The Ikoku Holdings to trafficking in appointment, employment, or work — including any form of harboring, receipt, recruitment, trade, transfer, transportation of persons by means or for purposes of abduction, control, deception, exploitation, kidnapping, manipulation, sexual service, threat, trickery, or payment (in monies or in kind).
ii. Prohibitions, Trafficking: Civil
that you and The Ikoku Holdings do not infringe, in any way, the prohibitions, protections, and rights against trafficking in appointment, employment, and work — including all aforementioned forms, means, and purposes of harboring, receipt, recruitment, trade, transfer, or transportation — accorded to persons by their polities.
iii. Prohibitions, Trafficking: Legal
that you and The Ikoku Holdings do not infringe, in any way, the prohibitions, protections, and rights against trafficking in appointment, employment, and work — including all aforementioned forms, means, and purposes of harboring, receipt, recruitment, trade, transfer, or transportation — accorded to persons by applicable law and regulation.
iv. Prohibitions, Trafficking: Organization
that you and The Ikoku Holdings do not infringe, in any way, the prohibitions, protections, and rights against trafficking in appointment, employment, and work — including all aforementioned forms, means, and purposes of harboring, receipt, recruitment, trade, transfer, or transportation — hereby accorded by and to The Ikoku Holdings and its Founder.

— No Non-Authorization

— With respect to prohibitions against non-authorization, you and The Ikoku Holdings understand and agree to abide by the following:

i. Prohibitions, Non-Authorization: Basis
that no appointment, employment, or work at, for, of, on behalf of or with The Ikoku Holdings — including any associated contract or person, continuous or noncontinuous, full-time or part-time, paid or unpaid — is actual, legal, official or valid or may be considered for acceptance or may begin or proceed without authorization by the Founder, Alvan Azinna Chibuzo Ikoku.
ii. Prohibitions, Non-Authorization: Appointment
that all such appointment of The Ikoku Holdings — including appointees such as fiduciaries, members of boards or committees, officials, and representatives — are executed and made actual, legal, official and valid only via authorization by the Founder, Alvan Azinna Chibuzo Ikoku.
iii. Prohibitions, Non-Authorization: Employment
that all such employment of The Ikoku Holdings — including employees such as executives, managers, officers, personnel, and staff — are executed and made actual, legal, official and valid only via authorization by the Founder, Alvan Azinna Chibuzo Ikoku.
iv. Prohibitions, Non-Authorization: Work
that all such work of The Ikoku Holdings — including workers such as agents, consultants, contractors, freelancers, interns, partners, providers of product or service, third-parties, and volunteers — are executed and made actual, legal, official and valid only via authorization by the Founder, Alvan Azinna Chibuzo Ikoku.

— No Non-Consent

— With respect to prohibitions against non-consent, you and The Ikoku Holdings understand and agree to abide by the following:

i. Prohibitions, Non-Consent: Basis
that no appointment, employment or work practices, processes, procedures, or equivalent of The Ikoku Holdings — including any associated conduct or service — are commenced or continued without the informed consent of all parties involved.
ii. Prohibitions, Non-Consent: Appointment
that all such appointment practices, processes, procedures, or equivalent of The Ikoku Holdings — including those pertaining to appointees such as fiduciaries, members of boards or committees, officials, and representatives — are accompanied by informed and unrevoked consent of all parties involved.
iii. Prohibitions, Non-Consent: Employment
that all such employment practices, processes, procedures, or equivalent of The Ikoku Holdings — including those pertaining to employees such as executives, managers, officers, personnel, and staff — are accompanied by informed and unrevoked consent of all parties involved.
iv. Prohibitions, Non-Consent: Work
that all such work practices, processes, procedures, or equivalent of The Ikoku Holdings — including those pertaining to workers such as agents, consultants, contractors, freelancers, interns, partners, providers of product or service, third-parties, and volunteers — are accompanied by informed and unrevoked consent of all parties involved.
v. Prohibitions, Refusal, Revocation of Consent
with the understanding that refusal or revocation of consent may negatively affect or impair the execution or experience of an appointment, employment or work arrangement and, in certain circumstances, make such appointment, employment or work arrangement non-feasible and subject to alteration or cessation.

— No Non-Contract

i. Prohibitions, Non-Contract: Basis
that no appointment, employment, or work at, for, of, on behalf of or with The Ikoku Holdings — including any associated contract or person, continuous or noncontinuous, full-time or part-time, paid or unpaid — is actual, legal, official or valid or may be considered for acceptance or may begin or proceed without authorized contract and offer by the Founder, Alvan Azinna Chibuzo Ikoku.
ii. Prohibitions, Non-Contract: Appointment
that all such appointment of The Ikoku Holdings — including appointees such as fiduciaries, members of boards or committees, officials, and representatives — are executed and made actual, legal, official and valid only via authorized contract and offer by the Founder, Alvan Azinna Chibuzo Ikoku.
iii. Prohibitions, Non-Contract: Employment
that all such employment of The Ikoku Holdings — including employees such as executives, managers, officers, personnel, and staff — are executed and made actual, legal, official and valid only via authorized contract and offer by the Founder, Alvan Azinna Chibuzo Ikoku.
iv. Prohibitions, Non-Contract: Work
that all such work of The Ikoku Holdings — including workers such as agents, consultants, contractors, freelancers, interns, partners, providers of product or service, third-parties, and volunteers, — are executed and made actual, legal, official and valid only via authorized contract and offer by the Founder, Alvan Azinna Chibuzo Ikoku.
v-a. Prohibitions, Official Contract: Base
with the understanding that such authorized contract and offer fulfill all policies, principles, and protections for (a) authorization, (b) communication, (c) consent, and (d) writing and, further, clearly convey the specifics of the appointment, employment or work arrangement, including (e) nature, (f) position and role, (g) relationships and reporting persons, (h) remuneration, expenses, and benefits, (i) responsibilities and duties, and (j) terms and conditions in a language understood by each signatory, and (k) that the described arrangement, relationship, service, and work commence only after said contract is consented to and signed by each said signatory in front of a notary and witnesses.
v-b. Prohibitions, Official Contract: Compliance Attestation
with the understanding that such authorized contract and offer include required and signed attestation — by all parties and signatories — to having read, understood, and agreed to abide by the Codes and Policies and applicable law and regulation.

with the understanding that such authorized contract and offer include required and signed attestation — by all parties and signatories — to having read, understood, and agreed to abide by the policies, principles, and protections for entity and organizational administration, founding, governance, interests, properties, responsibilities, and rights of The Ikoku Holdings, as provided for in the Codes and Policies and applicable law and regulation.
v-d. Prohibitions, Official Contract: Founder Attestation
with the understanding that such authorized contract and offer include required and signed attestation — by all parties and signatories — to having read, understood, and agreed to abide by the policies, principles, and protections for the administration, founding, governance, interests, properties, responsibilities, and rights of the Founder, Alvan Azinna Chibuzo Ikoku, as provided for in the Codes and Policies and applicable law and regulation.
v-e. Prohibitions, Official Contract: Infringement Attestation
with the understanding that such authorized contract and offer include required and signed attestation — by all parties and signatories — to having read, understood, and agreed to abide by the prohibitions against and duties to refrain from and report, directly to the Founder, any actual, anticipated or apparent infringement related to the Founder, The Ikoku Holdings, the Codes and Policies, and applicable law and regulation, including prohibitions against effecting or facilitating any activity or actor with the effect or intent of an “activist,” “advocate,” “anarchist,” “disrupter,” “experimenter,” “hacker,” “infiltrator,” “pirate,” “protester,” “ransomer,” “revolutionary,” “robin hood,” “socialist,” “spy,” “tester,” “thief,” “trespasser,” “usurper,” “vigilante,” “warrior,” or equivalent — in the past, present, or future.
v-f. Prohibitions, Official Contract: Liability Attestation
with the understanding that such authorized contract and offer include required and signed attestation — by all parties and signatories — to having read, understood, and agreed to abide by specification of liability and damages of not less than $10 Million to be assessed against any appointee, employee, worker, or other official person who is determined to have effected or facilitated an intentional infringement related to the Founder, The Ikoku Holdings, the Codes and Policies, and applicable law and regulation, including prohibitions against effecting or facilitating any activity or actor with the effect or intent of an “activist,” “advocate,” “disrupter,” “experimenter,” “hacker,” “infiltrator,” “pirate,” “protester,” “radical,” “ransomer,” “rebel,” “revolutionary,” “robin hood,” “spy,” “tester,” “thief,” “trespasser,” “usurper,” “vigilante,” “warrior,” or equivalent — in the past, present, or future — and that the damages be assessed against the appointee, employee, worker, other official person, or their immediate family, as well as their heirs and assigns, and that the signatory acknowledges this liability.
v-g. Prohibitions, Official Contract: Refusal Action
that upon confirming refusal —  or undue delay or demurment — to agree to, attest to, or sign the aforementioned attestations, The Ikoku Holdings and the Founder will (a) terminate any other agreement, contract, or equivalent legal instrument; (b) conduct a forensics investigation with respect to possible infringements related to the Founder, The Ikoku Holdings, the Codes and Policies, and applicable law and regulation; and (c) with the assistance of compliance and technology staff, search any of the refusing signatory’s work areas and possessions relating to The Ikoku Holdings for malware, spyware, wiretaps, and equivalent, as well as for stolen documents, properties, trade secrets, and equivalent.
v-h. Prohibitions, Official Contract: Violation Action
that upon confirming any of the aforementioned breaches, infringements, violations, or equivalent, The Ikoku Holdings and the Founder will contact the police or equivalent authorities to have the infringing person arrested for, where applicable, criminal conduct including burglary, counterfeiting, facilitation, false identity, forgery, fraud, piracy, theft, trespassing, or the placing of illegal malware, spyware, wiretap, or equivalent equipment — with the right to applicable civil action reserved.

that The Ikoku Holdings holds protecting the appointment, employment, and work of its official areas, offices, parts, properties, sections, and equivalent — including any act, activity, agent, arrangement, asset, or involved material or matter — to be of high importance.

that The Ikoku Holdings holds protecting the appointment, employment, and work of its official conduct and service — including any act, activity, agent, arrangement, asset, or involved material or matter — to be of high importance.

that you respect such organizational appointment, employment, and work and fulfill your duties to refrain from and report — via fully informing communication directly to the Founder — any actual, anticipated or apparent infringement.

— With respect to protections of appointment, employment, and work for the Founder of The Ikoku Holdings, Alvan Azinna Chibuzo Ikoku, you and The Ikoku Holdings understand and agree to abide by the following:

that The Ikoku Holdings holds protecting the appointment, employment, and work of the Founder to be a basic premise and right of its establishment and existence as an entity — as well as the Founder’s sanctity and status as a human being — and thus of high importance.
ii. Protections: Founder, Administration
that The Ikoku Holdings holds protecting such Founder appointment, employment, and work to be important to its formation, governance, and overall administration.

that The Ikoku Holdings protect itself and the Founder, as first priorities, then where reasonable, other natural persons from standard risks and threats to appointment, employment, and work resulting from any incompatibility with The Alvan Ikoku Holdings, determined solely by the Founder, as provided for in the Codes and Policies.
ii. Protections: Incompatibility, Administration
including standard risks and threats to appointment, employment, and work resulting from effecting or facilitating any incompatibility with The Alvan Ikoku Holdings’s founding, governance, or overall administration.
iii. Protections: Incompatibility, Behaviors
including standard risks and threats to appointment, employment, and work resulting from effecting or facilitating any inhumane behaviors.
iv. Protections: Incompatibility, Faith

including standard risks and threats to appointment, employment, and work resulting from any inconsistency in policies, practices, procedures, processes, or equivalent pertaining to The Ikoku Holdings’s administration, especially such inconsistency that diminishes, in any way, the organizational unity of The Ikoku Holdings.

including standard risks and threats to appointment, employment, and work resulting from effecting or facilitating discriminatory, undue or unequal burden on or treatment of a given human.

including standard risks and threats to appointment, employment, and work resulting from effecting or facilitating any intrusion into The Ikoku Holdings’s administration, especially such intrusion that diminishes, in any way, the organizational confidentiality or privacy of The Ikoku Holdings.

including standard risks and threats to appointment, employment, and work resulting from effecting or facilitating any intrusion into the official areas, offices, parts, properties, sections, or equivalent of The Ikoku Holdings.
iv. Protections: Intrusion, Conduct, Services
including standard risks and threats to appointment, employment, and work resulting from effecting or facilitating any intrusion into an official conduct or service — including any act, activity, agent, arrangement, asset, or involved material or matter — of The Ikoku Holdings.

that The Ikoku Holdings protect itself and the Founder, as first priorities, then where reasonable, other natural persons from standard risks and threats to appointment, employment, and work resulting from any effective invalidation or weakening of the aforementioned provisions, as determined solely by the Founder.

including standard risks and threats to appointment, employment, and work resulting from arguments, justifications, and rationalizations that posit any of the following to be an abrogating, diminishing, nullifying or otherwise overriding priority.
ii-a. Protections: Invalidation, Administration, Use
administration, control, ownership, property, use, utility, or equivalent that is argued, assumed, perceived or presumed to be collective, common, communal, communist, cooperative, decentralized, federated, franchised, governmental, multiplied, pluralized, political, public, socialist, statist or religious in effect or nature.
ii-b. Protections: Invalidation, Assent, Consent
assent, consent, permission, or equivalent that is argued, assumed, perceived or presumed or to be given, informed, presumed or unrevoked, rather than confirmed as such.

that you and The Ikoku Holdings do not treat any aspect of appointment, employment, or work of The Ikoku Holdings or the Founder, or their conduct or service — including any act, activity, agent, arrangement, asset, or involved material or matter — as not administered solely by the Founder, in any way, unless the Founder has provided and not revoked his authorization that such aspect is to be administered in coordination with another specified person or equivalent, and where such authorization is provided and unrevoked, the Founder explicitly, expressly and specifically states the terms for coordinated administration or equivalent delineated below.

the ethical, lawful and specific benefits to The Ikoku Holdings or the Founder, and any other person concerned, of having the above aspect, conduct, or service be administered in coordination or equivalent.

the ethical, lawful and specific costs to The Ikoku Holdings or the Founder, and any other person concerned, of having the above aspect, conduct, or service be administered in coordination or equivalent.
iii-e. Protections: Invalidation, Authorization, Duration
the ethical, lawful and specific duration – and time considerations or implications – for having the above aspect, conduct, or service be administered in coordination or equivalent.
iii-f. Protections: Invalidation, Authorization, Manner
the ethical, lawful and specific manner, means, method, or mode for having the above aspect, conduct, or service be administered in coordination or equivalent.
iii-g. Protections: Invalidation, Authorization, Materials

the ethical, lawful and specific safeguards — of benefits and against risks to The Ikoku Holdings or the Founder and any other person concerned — of having the above aspect, conduct, or service be administered in coordination or equivalent.
iii-l. Protections: Invalidation, Authorization, Status
the ethical, lawful and specific procedures of keeping The Ikoku Holdings or the Founder informed of the administrative status of the above aspect, conduct, or service.
iii-m. Protections: Invalidation, Authorization, Voluntary
the ethical, lawful and specific means by which the Founder shall voluntarily give, maintain, or revoke such authorization for the above aspect, conduct, or service to be administered in coordination or equivalent.
