Acceptable Use Policy

Overview

The Acceptable Use Policy of The Alvan Ikoku Holdings, a division of The Alvan Ikoku Group LLC, provides a listing, range, and illustrative examples of activities you legally agree to not conduct, engage in, facilitate, or otherwise support ā€” out of respect for persons, for the Codes and Policies, for applicable law and regulationĀ as well as for The Ikoku Holdings and the Founder. Such activities and their equivalent are to be understood by you as unacceptable.

Therefore, persons engaged in activity involving, relating, referring, or otherwise pertaining to The Ikoku Holdings are expected to uphold the principles delineated below.

Your Agreement

ā€”Ā With respect to the Agreement you enter into with The Ikoku Holdings via the Acceptable Use Policy, you understand and adhere to the following:

Persons Adhering to Agreement
that the Acceptable Use PolicyĀ is to be adhered to by a wide range of associated individuals and communities ā€• including but not limited to board and committee members, leadership, management, officers, staff, employees, volunteers, representatives, agents, collaborators, partners, and visitors and users ā€• as they work in their capacity to establish, further develop, operate, collaborate with, carry out the mission and purposes of, and also visit, use and participate in the offerings of The Ikoku Holdings.
Applicability and Governance of Agreement
that the Acceptable Use Policy governsĀ any and all of your access, actions, activity, communication, operation, participation, visit, and other use, in any way, of, in, within, with, for, on behalf of, in reference to, or otherwise pertaining to the Products and Services of The Ikoku HoldingsĀ and the Products and Services of the divisions, series, subsidiaries, and affiliates ā€” unless a different Acceptable Use Policy is provided on a particular Product, Service or Site, in which case such different Acceptable Use Policy shall apply, govern and control.
Entry and Continuation of Agreement
that whenever you engageĀ in any access, action, activity, communication, operation, participation, visit, or other use, in any way, of, in, within, for, on behalf of, in reference to, or otherwise pertaining to any part or section of the Products and Services; and especially when you provide to the Products and Services,Ā any content, data and information, or feedback ā€” directly or indirectly as further described below ā€” you are agreeing to the Acceptable Use Policy as well as the associated Codes and Policies that collectively constitute The Ikoku Holdings User Agreement and Code of Conduct, as they are amended from time to time.
Direct and Indirect Entry and Continuation of Agreement
that whenever you engage in the above described actions, activities, communications, operations, participations, visits, or other usesĀ directly or indirectly ā€” whether engaged in or provided to or through the Products and Services, or persons and entities working with the Products and Services, or through content, information, media, materials, or otherwise ā€” you are also agreeing to the Acceptable Use Policy as well as the associated Codes and Policies that collectively constitute The Ikoku Holdings User Agreement and Code of Conduct, as they are amended from time to time.
Binding Nature and Validity of Agreement
that you are also thus indicating that you understand the Acceptable Use Policy and the Codes and Policies, that you intend them to be the legal equivalent of a signed, written contract, equally binding, and that you accept such Acceptable Use Policy and Codes and Policies and agree to be legally bound by them (your ā€œAgreementā€).
Agreement On Behalf of Organization
that if you are engaging in any of the above described actions, activities, communications, operations, participations, visits, or other uses for or on behalf of an organization, you are agreeing to this Agreement on behalf of that organization, and represent and warrant that you can do so.
In Case of Non-Agreement or Inability to Honor
that you will not engage in any of the above described actions, activities, communications, operations, participations, visits, or other uses if you do not agree to all of the Acceptable Use Policy or the Codes and Policies or if your jurisdiction will not honor them.

And furthermore, by engaging in any activity at, by, for, in, on behalf of, with or otherwise pertaining to The Ikoku Holdings, any activities, affairs, areas, assets, offices, parts, properties, sections, or equivalent of The Ikoku Holdings, any activities, affairs, areas, assets, offices, parts, properties, sections, or equivalent of the divisions, series, subsidiaries, or affiliates, as well as any activities, affairs, areas, assets, offices, parts, properties, sections, or equivalent of the Products or Services, you accept and agree to the terms, conditions, and requirements described above, and in the Codes and Policies, in their entirety without modification.

Your Consent to The Policy

ā€”Ā With respect to your ability to agree and consent to the Acceptable Use Policy, you represent and warrant the following:

Your Power and Authority
that you have the power and authority to enter into the agreement entailed in the Acceptable Use Policy, including, where applicable, the power and authority to enter into the agreement on behalf of an organization.
Required Age or Permission and Supervision
that you are at least eighteen (18) years old or if younger at least thirteen (13) years old and engage in actions, activities, communications, operations, participations, visits, or other uses, in any way, of, in, within, with, for, on behalf of, in relation to and otherwise pertaining to the Products and Services, with the permission and supervision of an adult parent or guardian.
Reading and Understanding
that you have read and understood the Acceptable Use Policy.
Voluntary Nature of Consent
that you understand your consent to be voluntary in nature.
Agreement and Consent
that you consented to and agreed to be legally bound by the Acceptable Use Policy.

And furthermore, by engaging in any activity at, by, for, in, on behalf of, with or otherwise pertaining to The Ikoku Holdings, any activities, affairs, areas, assets, offices, parts, properties, sections, or equivalent of The Ikoku Holdings, any activities, affairs, areas, assets, offices, parts, properties, sections, or equivalent of the divisions, series, subsidiaries, or affiliates, as well as any activities, affairs, areas, assets, offices, parts, properties, sections, or equivalent of the Products or Services, you accept and agree that your consent meets the conditions, principles, and requirements for consent as delineated and described in theseĀ Codes and Policies.

Your Abiding by The Policies

ā€” You represent, warrant, and covenant that, given the above attestation about your consent to the Acceptable Use Policy, you have read, understood, consented to, and agreed to be legally bound by and abide by the Acceptable Use Policy and the Codes and Policies, in their entirety without modification, including as they are amended from time to time by The Ikoku Holdings.

Your Understanding of Acceptable Uses

ā€” You represent, warrant, and covenant that, given the above attestation about your consent and adherence to the Acceptable Use Policy, you have also read, understood, consented to, and agreed to be legally bound by and abide by understandings of acceptable and unacceptable use, including communities standards, as defined by The Ikoku Holdings in these Codes and Polices and as further delineated below, to be respected and not violated, in any way, by you, which shall, at minimum, entail the following:

As Concern for Harm
that you refrain fromĀ inappropriate and unacceptable actions and activity that produce or result in harms; and that you also respectfully assist solely by duties described below in this Policy and in no way interfere with or impede reasonable efforts taken by The Ikoku Holdings to compassionately assess for, prevent and reduce such harms due to inappropriate and unacceptable actions and activity.
As Concern for Laws
that you refrain from actions and activity that are illegal, unlawful or otherwise violate applicable law and regulations; andĀ that you respectfully assist solely by duties described below in this Policy and in no way interfere with or impede reasonable efforts taken by The Ikoku Holdings to eliminate, mitigate and prevent suchĀ actions and activity that are illegal, unlawful or otherwise violate applicable law and regulations.
As Concern for Policy
that you refrain from actions and activity thatĀ are prohibited by or otherwise violate the Codes and Policies; andĀ that you respectfully assist solely by duties described below in this Policy and in no way interfere with or impede reasonable efforts taken by The Ikoku Holdings to eliminate, mitigate and prevent such actions and activity that are prohibited by or otherwise violate the Codes and Policies.
As Concern for Respect
that you take as the basis for all your actions, activity and decisions the most robust conception of and protections for respect, as defined by and derived from ethical and moral theory, as well as the recognition and enjoyment of civil liberties.
As Cautions and Prohibitions
that you also respectfully assist solely by duties described below in this Policy and in no way interfere with or impede reasonable efforts taken by The Ikoku Holdings to clearly disallow, prohibit and remove inappropriate and unacceptable actions and activity, but to also, before any decisive action, sendĀ clear, cautioning communication regarding inappropriate and unacceptable actions and activity, with allowance provided for dialogue, education, training and the ascertaining of both intent and effect.

And furthermore, by engaging in any activity at, by, for, in, on behalf of, with or otherwise pertaining to The Ikoku Holdings, any activities, affairs, areas, assets, offices, parts, properties, sections, or equivalent of The Ikoku Holdings, any activities, affairs, areas, assets, offices, parts, properties, sections, or equivalent of the divisions, series, subsidiaries, or affiliates, as well as any activities, affairs, areas, assets, offices, parts, properties, sections, or equivalent of the Products or Services, you accept and agree that your consent meets the conditions, principles, and requirements for consent as delineated and described in theseĀ Codes and Policies.

Your Commitment to Understandings

ā€” You also represent, warrant, and covenant that, given the aforementioned attestation, yourĀ commitment to this understanding of acceptable and unacceptable use shall entail the following:

Basis for Your Actions, Activity and Decisions
its basis for any activity you engage in with respect to The Ikoku Holdings ā€” includingĀ the divisions, series, subsidiaries, and affiliates, as well as the Products and ServicesĀ ā€” and that any such actions and decisions you engage in shall be free of any incompatibility with, inconsistency with, or violation of the Acceptable Use Policy or any equivalent or applicable guidelines, laws, policies, provisions, or regulations.
Commitment to Communities Standards
that this commitment include but not be limited to upholding everywhere, for every person at The Ikoku Holdings the most humane, protective, respectful, robust and strictest interpretations of acceptable and unacceptable use and resulting communities standards.
Commitment to Communities Standards Protections
that this commitment include but not be limited to upholding everywhere, for every person at The Ikoku Holdings the most humane, protective, respectful, robust and strictest interpretations of protections for acceptable and unacceptable use and resulting communities standards.
Commitment to Respectful and Protective Practices
that you respectfully assist solely by duties described below in this Policy and in no way interfere with or impede the reasonable efforts taken by The Ikoku Holdings to translateĀ the above commitments into practices for developing and maintaining protections pertaining to acceptable use and communities standards; for determining compliance with those protections; and for fulfilling, respecting, and safeguarding persons, properties, and interests relating to acceptable use and communities standards, acceptable use and communities standards processes, acceptable use and communities standards principles, acceptable use and communities standards rights, and their protections, including but not limited to those delineated in this Policy and the Codes and Policies.
Commitment to Protections Following and Ahead of the Law
that you also respectfully assist solely by duties described below in this Policy and in no way interfere with or impede the reasonable efforts taken by The Ikoku Holdings to adopt a coupled approach to legal and substantive measures and protections for acceptable use and communities standards derived, in part, from the provision of rights and protections via advances in law and regulation, but also often beyond what the law provides for and protects.

And furthermore, by engaging in any activity at, by, for, in, on behalf of, with or otherwise pertaining to The Ikoku Holdings, any activities, affairs, areas, assets, offices, parts, properties, sections, or equivalent of The Ikoku Holdings, any activities, affairs, areas, assets, offices, parts, properties, sections, or equivalent of the divisions, series, subsidiaries, or affiliates, as well as any activities, affairs, areas, assets, offices, parts, properties, sections, or equivalent of the Products or Services, you accept and agree to the terms, conditions, and requirements described above, and in the Codes and Policies, in their entirety without modification.

Your Duty to the Policy

ā€”Ā With respect to your duty to the Acceptable Use Policy, you represent and warrant that you understand and shall adhere to such duty by way of the following:

Refraining from Any Intentional Breach or Violation
avoiding, refraining from, and stoppingĀ any access, action, activity, communication, operation, or other use and any collaboration, collusion, coordination, planning, or other preparation you or any person engage in that may encourage, result in, or otherwise foster any intentional breach or violation of the Acceptable Use Policy; any intentional breach, diminishment, disruption, impediment, interference, or pertaining to acceptable use and communities standards guidelines, laws, policies, provisions, or regulations, or other acceptable use and communities standards protections or rights of The Ikoku Holdings and the sole Founder, Owner, and President; and any intentional breach, diminishment, disruption, impediment, interference, or other violation pertaining to the independent and sole control and determination of the above by the sole Founder, Owner, and President, Alvan Azinna Chibuzo Ikoku.
Refraining from Any Unintentional Breach or Violation
avoiding, refraining from, and stoppingĀ any access, action, activity, communication, operation, or other use and any collaboration, collusion, coordination, planning, or other preparation you or any person engage in that may encourage, result in, or otherwise foster any unintentional breach or violation of the Acceptable Use Policy; any unintentional breach, diminishment, disruption, impediment, interference, or pertaining to acceptable use and communities standards guidelines, laws, policies, provisions, or regulations, or other acceptable use and communities standards protections or rights of The Ikoku Holdings and the sole Founder, Owner, and President; and any intentional breach, diminishment, disruption, impediment, interference, or other violation pertaining to the independent and sole control and determination of the above by the sole Founder, Owner, and President, Alvan Azinna Chibuzo Ikoku.
Reporting Any Intentional Breach or Violation
reporting ā€” directly and specifically to Alvan Azinna Chibuzo Ikoku, the Founder, Owner, and President of The Ikoku Holdings ā€”Ā any access, action, activity, communication, operation, or other use and any collaboration, collusion, coordination, planning, or other preparation you or any person engage inĀ that may encourage, result in, or otherwise foster any intentional breach or violation of the Acceptable Use Policy; any intentional breach, diminishment, disruption, impediment, interference, or pertaining to acceptable use and communities standards guidelines, laws, policies, provisions, or regulations, or other acceptable use and communities standards protections or rights of The Ikoku Holdings and the sole Founder, Owner, and President; and any intentional breach, diminishment, disruption, impediment, interference, or other violation pertaining to the independent and sole control and determination of the above by the sole Founder, Owner, and President, Alvan Azinna Chibuzo Ikoku.
Reporting Any Unintentional Breach or Violation
reporting ā€” directly and specifically to Alvan Azinna Chibuzo Ikoku, sole Founder, Owner, and President of The Ikoku Holdings ā€”Ā any access, action, activity, communication, operation, or other use and any collaboration, collusion, coordination, planning, or other preparation you or any person engage in that may encourage, result in, or otherwise foster any unintentional breach or violation of the Acceptable Use Policy; any unintentional breach, diminishment, disruption, impediment, interference, or pertaining to acceptable use and communities standards guidelines, laws, policies, provisions, or regulations, or other acceptable use and communities standards protections or rights of The Ikoku Holdings and the sole Founder, Owner, and President; and any intentional breach, diminishment, disruption, impediment, interference, or other violation pertaining to the independent and sole control and determination of the above by the sole Founder, Owner, and President, Alvan Azinna Chibuzo Ikoku.
Determination of Compliance
not diminishing or interfering with, in any way, the ability, opportunity, and sole discretion and rights of The Ikoku Holdings and the sole Founder, Owner, and President, Alvan Azinna Chibuzo Ikoku, to determine compliance with the Acceptable Use Policy and to haveĀ their decision be final and binding and not subject to challenge or appeal.

And furthermore, by engaging in any activity at, by, for, in, on behalf of, with or otherwise pertaining to The Ikoku Holdings, any activities, affairs, areas, assets, offices, parts, properties, sections, or equivalent of The Ikoku Holdings, any activities, affairs, areas, assets, offices, parts, properties, sections, or equivalent of the divisions, series, subsidiaries, or affiliates, as well as any activities, affairs, areas, assets, offices, parts, properties, sections, or equivalent of the Products or Services, you accept and agree to the terms, conditions, and requirements described above, and in the Codes and Policies, in their entirety without modification.

Your Accordance with Ethics

ā€” You represent, warrant, and covenant that, given the above attestation about your consent to this Policy, you ensure that your abiding by and adhering to its conditions, policies, principles, requirements, and rights shall further remain in accordance with the Founding and Governing Code of Ethics.

Your Accordance with Mission

ā€” You represent, warrant, and covenant that, given the above attestation about your consent to this Policy, you ensure that your abiding by and adhering to its conditions, policies, principles, requirements, and rights shall further remain in accordance with the founding mission and purposes of The Ikoku Holdings and The Ikoku Group, without incompatibility, as described and delineated in the Codes and Policies and the Founderā€™s Agreement.

Further Considerations

Your Knowledge and Agreement

The Ikoku HoldingsĀ strongly recommends you develop and maintain your knowledge of all the Codes and Policies, and so asks that you read, understand, and regularly visit this section and other communications regarding the Acceptable Use Policy, as well as the Codes and Policies. The Ikoku HoldingsĀ takes your continued access, activity, communication, engagement, operation, participation, and other use or visiting of the Products and Services, as active indication of your knowledge, understanding, and legally binding acceptance of and agreement to this Policy as well as the Codes and Policies.

Your Duty to Organizational Integrity

With respect to your attendant duty to organizational integrity ā€” and your legally binding agreement to not diminish, interfere, or violate, in any way, its principles, protections, requirements, or rights ā€”Ā you represent and warrant that you understand and shall adhere to the following:

Your Duty to Policy
To protect the organizational integrity of The Ikoku HoldingsĀ and The Ikoku Group ā€” as well as the properties, rights, and protections of the company division and its official persons ā€” The Ikoku HoldingsĀ requires all natural and legal persons concerned to read, understand, abide by and, where applicable, sign contracts and agreements delineated and described in the Policy on CompanyĀ and Division Integrity.
Your Acceptance of Policy
The Ikoku HoldingsĀ reminds you that the Policy on CompanyĀ and Division Integrity forms part of The Ikoku HoldingsĀ User Agreement and Code of Conduct. Thus, The Ikoku HoldingsĀ takes your continued engagement in any activity involving, referring, relating, or otherwise pertaining to The Ikoku Holdings as active indication of your legally binding acceptance of this Policy as well as the Codes and Policies.
Your Acceptance of Sole Ownership
Furthermore, you represent, warrant, and covenant that, given the above, your continuation in using or visiting, in any way, The Ikoku Holdings, any activities, affairs, areas, assets, offices, parts, properties, sections, or equivalent ofĀ The Ikoku Holdings, any activities, affairs, areas, assets, offices, parts, properties, sections, or equivalent of the divisions, series, subsidiaries, or affiliates, as well as any activities, affairs, areas, assets, offices, parts, properties, sections, or equivalent of the Products or Services, is an active indication of your legally binding acceptance of the sole administration, control, management, and ownership of The Ikoku HoldingsĀ by the Founder, Alvan Azinna Chibuzo Ikoku, as further described in the Policy on Company and Division Integrity.

And you further legally accept and agree that no application, interpretation, judgment, or other compliance, proceeding, or reading from, of, with, or otherwise relating to the Founding Ethics, the Codes and Policies, or any equivalent code, policy, or other document or material shall, in any way, entail any abrogation, diminishment, interference, or violation pertaining to any of the terms, conditions, principles, requirements, rights ā€” including the attendant properties and protections ā€” of company and organizational integrity.

Cautions and Prohibitions

Overview

The Ikoku HoldingsĀ expects all persons to act responsibly, respectfully and lawfully where The Ikoku Holdings, its series, subsidiaries, and affiliates, as well as the Products and Services, including theĀ Sites, are concerned. Therefore, you agree not to misuse or harm any area, office, part, section, or property of The Ikoku Holdings, including its names and reputations, or help any other person to do so, in ways that include but are not limited to the following:

No Unauthorized Relationship or Representation

You will not understand or represent yourself to be in any official capacity with or relationship to The Ikoku Holdings, its series, subsidiaries, and affiliates, or the Products and Services, except such official capacity or relationship that is explicitly approved, reviewed, authorized and described by written contract and instrument signed and sealed of the Founder and Owner, Alvan Azinna Chibuzo Ikoku, as described in the Codes and PoliciesĀ ā€”Ā with such instrument containing explicit description of the specifying access, actions, activities, communications, operations,Ā participations, visits, and other uses expressly reviewed, approved and authorized for the purposes of said capacity or relationship.

No Unauthorized Access, Activity, Operations

ā€”Ā With respect to any and all of your access, activities and operations in, within, within, for, on behalf of, in reference to, or otherwiseĀ pertaining to The Ikoku Holdings, you understand and adhere to the following:

Restricted Access, Activity and Operation via Authorization
that you will not understand or represent yourself to have any permission for login-requiring, password-protected, security-protected or otherwise restricted access, activities and operations in, within, within, for, on behalf of, in reference to, or otherwise pertaining to any area, office, part, section, or property of The Ikoku Holdings, any area, office, part, section, or property of its series, subsidiaries, and affiliates, and especially any area, office, part, section, or property of the Products and Services, unless that which is explicitly approved, reviewed, authorized and described for the purposes of an official capacity or relationship by written contract and instrument signed and sealed of the Founder and Owner, Alvan Azinna Chibuzo Ikoku, as described in the Codes and Policies.
Adherence to Access Authorization
that you will not attempt or operate with any access in, within, within, for, on behalf of, in reference to, or otherwiseĀ pertaining to any area, office, part, section, or property of The Ikoku Holdings, any area, office, part, section, or property of its series, subsidiaries, and affiliates, and especially any area, office, part, section, or property of the Products and Services,Ā except that delineated in the above authorization.
Adherence to Activity and Operations Authorization
that you will not attempt or engage in any activity or operation in, within, within, for, on behalf of, in reference to, or otherwise pertaining to The Ikoku Holdings except that delineated in the above authorization.
Access in Capacity as Visitor
that in your capacity as a visitor of, in, within, within, for, on behalf of, in reference to, or otherwiseĀ pertaining toĀ any area, office, part, section, or property of The Ikoku Holdings, any area, office, part, section, or property of its series, subsidiaries, and affiliates, and especially any area, office, part, section, or property of the Products and Services, you will not access, browse or otherwise visit or use any of the aforementioned activities, affairs, areas, assets, offices, parts, properties, sections, or equivalent except those The Ikoku Holdings has explicitly made publicly accessible for browsing or otherwise visiting without any login requirement, personal identification requirement or other security measures, including those added, installed or placed to limit access or ensure and improve safety and security.
Access in Capacity as User
that in your capacity as a user of, in, within, within, for, on behalf of, in reference to, or otherwiseĀ pertaining toĀ any area, office, part, section, or property of The Ikoku Holdings, any area, office, part, section, or property of its series, subsidiaries, and affiliates, and especially any area, office, part, section, or property of the Products and Services, you will not access, browse or otherwise visit or use any of the aforementioned activities, affairs, areas, assets, offices, parts, properties, sections, or equivalent except those The Ikoku Holdings has explicitly made privately accessible and usable to you via your login information, your personal identification information and other security measures pertaining solely and specifically to you, including those added, installed or placed to limit access or ensure and improve safety and security.
No Access, Activity, Operation Presuming Private Thoughts or Spaces
that you will not attempt or otherwise engage in any access, action, activity, communication, operation, participation, visit, and other use that acts as if, assumes, construes, depends upon, infers, presumes, or otherwise suggestsĀ that the confidential, personal or private thoughtsĀ and spaces of any individual or person is accessible to, an activity of, part of, the business of, the operations of, the property of, orĀ the trade of any area, office, part, section, or property of The Ikoku Holdings, any area, office, part, section, or property of the divisions, series, subsidiaries, or affiliates, and especially any area, office, part, section, or property of the Products and Services.
No Access, Activity, Operation Presuming Consent for Private Activities, Conversation or Information
that you will not attempt or otherwise engage in any access, action, activity, communication, operation, participation, visit, and other use that acts as if, assumes, construes, depends upon, infers, presumes, or otherwise suggestsĀ that the confidential, personal or private actions, conversations, dialogues, examinations or inquiries, narratives, recordings, and any other such activities or information of any person is accessible to, an activity of, part of, the business of, the operations of, the property of, orĀ the trade ofĀ any of the aforementioned activities, affairs, areas, assets, offices, parts, properties, sections, or equivalent without the express, informed and revokable consent of the person concerned as described in the Codes and Policies.
No Access, Activity, Operation That Violates Confidentiality or Privacy
and that you will not thus, or in any other way, attempt or otherwise engage in any access, activity or operation that diminishes or violates the confidentiality or privacy protections or rights of any person.

No Specific Agreement or Arrangement Without Authorization
that you will not attempt, assume, construe, enter into, infer, presume, suggest or otherwiseĀ engage in any specific agreement or arrangement with, in, within, on behalf of, for, in reference to or otherwise pertaining to The Ikoku Holdings,Ā its series, subsidiaries, and affiliates, or the Products and Services, without express and explicit approval, review and authorization of that agreement or arrangement by written instrument signed and sealed of theĀ Founder and Owner, Alvan Azinna Chibuzo Ikoku.
No Unauthorized Indication of Allocation from Ikoku Group
that you will not take any action, activity, communication, operation, participation, visit, and other use of, in,Ā within, with, for, on behalf of, in reference to, or otherwise pertaining to The Ikoku Holdings, its series, subsidiaries, and affiliates, or the Products and Services, as indication of any donor, funding or resource allocation, dedication, preference, or other transfer or will, either of charitable or non-charitable funds or resources, on the part of Alvan Azinna Chibuzo Ikoku or of The Ikoku Holdings or its leadership, employees, or other agents, without the express authorization described above.
No Unauthorized Indication of Allocation from Founder
that you will not take any action, activity, communication, operation, participation, visit, and other use by, of, in,Ā within, with, for, on behalf of, in reference to, or otherwise pertaining to by Alvan Azinna Chibuzo Ikoku as indication of any donor, funding or resource allocation, dedication, preference, or other transfer or will, either of charitable or non-charitable funds or resources, on the part of Alvan Azinna Chibuzo Ikoku or of The Ikoku Holdings or its leadership, employees, or other agents, without the express authorization described above.
No Unauthorized Affiliation, Endorsement, Partnership or Sponsorship
that you will not attempt or otherwise engage in any access, action, activity, communication, operation, participation, visit, and other use that acts as if, assumes, claims, construes, depends upon, infers, presumes or otherwise suggests any area, office, part, section, or property ofĀ The Ikoku Holdings, its series, subsidiaries, and affiliates, or the Products and Services, to be affiliated with, belong to, be in partnership with, be part of, endorse or be endorsed by, own or be owned by, sponsor or be sponsored by, supervise or be supervised by, or otherwise support or be supported by another entity, group, organization, person or persons without the express authorization as described above.
No False or Misleading Impersonation
that you will not falsely or misleadingly impersonate or represent any official office, person, leadership, employee, volunteer, partner, third party or any other agent of The Ikoku Holdings, especially Alvan Azinna Chibuzo Ikoku, in any action, activity, communication, operation, participation, visit, and other use; nor will you misleadingly offer, present or otherwise presume permission for any suchĀ action, activity, communication, operation, participation, visit, or other use as if authorized or granted by any of the aforementioned.

And furthermore, by engaging in any activity at, by, for, in, on behalf of, with or otherwise pertaining to The Ikoku Holdings, any activities, affairs, areas, assets, offices, parts, properties, sections, or equivalent of The Ikoku Holdings, any activities, affairs, areas, assets, offices, parts, properties, sections, or equivalent of the divisions, series, subsidiaries, or affiliates, as well as any activities, affairs, areas, assets, offices, parts, properties, sections, or equivalent of the Products or Services, you accept and agree to the terms, conditions, and requirements described above, and in the Codes and Policies, in their entirety without modification.

No Abuse, Hacking or Disruption

ā€”Ā With respect to abuse, hacking or disruption of any areas, parts of sections of The Ikoku Holdings, you understand and adhere to the following:

No Probing, Scanning or Testing
that you will not probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of any system or network.
No Breaching or Hacking
that you will not breach, hack or otherwise bypass any security or authentication measures.
No Unauthorized Access
that you will not access, tamper with or otherwise use nonpublic, restricted-access or shared activities, affairs, areas, assets, offices, parts, properties, sections, or equivalent of The Ikoku Holdings, especially the Products and Services, thatĀ you have not been given written authorized access to as described above.
No Disruption or Interference
that you will not disrupt or interfere with any host, network, user, or their equivalent (whether it belongs to The Ikoku Holdings or another entity) by, for example, distributing malware or flooding, mail-bombing or overloading any activities, affairs, areas, assets, offices, parts, properties, sections, or equivalent of the Products or Services.
No Development or Engineering
that you will notĀ decompile, disassemble, reverse engineer, take apart or equivalently develop or repair any activities, affairs, areas, assets, offices, parts, properties, sections, or equivalent of the Products or Services, by, for example, efforts to access parts such as source code or algorithms, except in cases of an official capacity and relationship contract authorized via written instrument as described above and elsewhere in the Codes and Policies.
No Crawling, Searching or Scraping
that you will not access, create or search accounts for anyĀ activities, affairs, areas, assets, offices, parts, properties, sections, or equivalent of The Ikoku Holdings, especially the Products and Services, by any means (e.g. scraping, spidering, or crawling) other than via the approved means and interfaces for visitors and users as described above, except in cases of an official capacity and relationship contract authorized via written instrument as described above and elsewhere in the Codes and Policies.
No Unreasonable Load
that you will not take any action that imposes an unreasonable load on the infrastructure of anyĀ activities, affairs, areas, assets, offices, parts, properties, sections, or equivalent of The Ikoku Holdings, especially the Products and Services, or on the infrastructure of any of their agents and third party providers (and The Ikoku Holdings reserves the right to determine what is reasonable).
No Alteration of Appearance or Workings
that you will not do anything that could alter, disable, impair, overburden or otherwise change or diminish the intended or proper appearance, operation or working of anyĀ activities, affairs, areas, assets, offices, parts, properties, sections, or equivalent of The Ikoku Holdings, especially the Products and Services, in any manner, such as a denial of service attack, redirection upon access of a link or url, scripting the creation of content in such a manner as to produce alternative versions or negative effects, or other interference with any access, functionality or rendering,Ā except in cases of an official capacity and relationship contract authorized via written instrument as described above and the Codes and Policies.
No Sharing or Using Other Credentials
that you will not provide your username, password or other security credentials and information to any other person, use any other personā€™s username password or other security credentials and information, or otherwise access, manage or use any activities, affairs, areas, assets, offices, parts, properties, sections, or equivalent of The Ikoku Holdings, especially the Products and Services,Ā through shared credentials.

And furthermore, by engaging in any activity at, by, for, in, on behalf of, with or otherwise pertaining to The Ikoku Holdings, any activities, affairs, areas, assets, offices, parts, properties, sections, or equivalent of The Ikoku Holdings, any activities, affairs, areas, assets, offices, parts, properties, sections, or equivalent of the divisions, series, subsidiaries, or affiliates, as well as any activities, affairs, areas, assets, offices, parts, properties, sections, or equivalent of the Products or Services, you accept and agree to the terms, conditions, and requirements described above, and in the Codes and Policies, in their entirety without modification.

No Spamming or Phishing

You will not send spam or other unsolicited communications, promotions, or advertisements. And you will not send altered, deceptive or false source-identifying information, including without limitation phishing or spoofing (and The Ikoku HoldingsĀ reserves the right to determine what constitutes any of the aforementioned).

No Deception or Impersonation

You will not do anything that is false, fraudulent, inaccurate or deceiving. Nor will you impersonate another person, company or entity. And you will not engage in misleading or unethical marketing or advertising.

No Theft

ā€”Ā With respect to theft or its equivalent in relation to The Ikoku Holdings, you understand and adhere to the following:

No Theft of Identity or Property
that will not engage in any activity that constitutes theft of identity or property, including but not limited to using unauthorized credit cards, debit cards or other unauthorized payment devices within or one relation to anyĀ activities, affairs, areas, assets, offices, parts, properties, sections, or equivalent of The Ikoku Holdings, especially the Products and Services.
No Promotion of Products and Services Without Authorization
that you will not promote or advertise products or services other than those of which you are the sole verifiable owner, except with the appropriate and explicit authorization and consent of the other person or entity.
No Auction, Bonding, Borrowing, Donating, Gambling, etc
that you will not auction, bet, bond, borrow, donate, gamble, give away, lien, loan, mortgage, rent, sell, or otherwise place into a financial arrangement or transaction any aspect, part, property, or section of The Ikoku Holdings, especially the Products and Services, except when you areĀ both the sole verifiable owner of said aspect, part, property, or section (in other words, Alvan Azinna Chibuzo Ikoku, the sole Founder and Owner)Ā and prior to the financial activity, arrangement or transaction have been given express written authorization by said Founder and Owner as described above.
No Circulation or Publication Without Authorization
that you will not circulate,Ā disseminate, publish or otherwise use any aspect, part, property, or section of TheĀ Ikoku Holdings, especially the Products and Services, on any network or system other than those provided by The Ikoku Holdings,Ā except when you areĀ bothĀ the sole verifiable owner of said aspect, part, property, or section (in other words, Alvan Azinna Chibuzo Ikoku, the sole Founder and Owner)Ā and prior to the circulation, dissemination, publication or other use activity have been given express written authorization by said Founder and Owner as described above.
No Copying or Reproduction Without Authorization
that you will not copy, duplicate or otherwise reproduce any aspect, part, property, or section of TheĀ Ikoku Holdings, especially the Products and Services,Ā except when you areĀ bothĀ the sole verifiable owner of said aspect, part, property, or section (in other words, Alvan Azinna Chibuzo Ikoku, the sole Founder and Owner)Ā and prior to the dissemination, publication or use activity have been given express written authorization said Founder and Owner as described above.

No Rights Infringement

ā€”Ā With respect to infringement, misappropriationĀ or violation of rights in relation to The Ikoku Holdings, you understand and adhere to the following:

No Violating Rights and Related Laws
that you will not do anything as part of, for, on behalf of, with, within, in reference to or otherwise pertaining to The Ikoku Holdings, especially the Products and Services, that infringes, misappropriates or otherwise violates another personā€™s rights or otherwise violates related and applicable laws.
No Infringing or Violating Confidentiality or Privacy Rights
that you will not infringe or violate anyoneā€™s confidentiality, privacy or publicity rights as described by law and elsewhere in the Codes and Policies.
No Personal or Private Information Without Authorization
that you will not place, use or otherwise process in anyĀ activities, affairs, areas, assets, offices, parts, properties, sections, or equivalent of The Ikoku Holdings, especially the Products and Services,Ā any personā€™s identification documents or sensitive financial, health or private information, except with both that personā€™s written consent and an official capacity and relationship contract authorized via written instrument as described above and elsewhere in the Codes and Policies.
No Infringing or Violating Intellectual Property Rights
that you will not infringe, misappropriate or otherwise violate anyoneā€™s copyright, trademark or other intellectual property rights.

No Discrimination or Harassment

ā€”Ā With respect to discrimination and harassment in relation to The Ikoku Holdings, you understand and adhere to the following:

No Activity Constituting Discrimination or Harassment
that you will not engage in any activity that constitutes discrimination or harassment as described in the Codes and Policies, including but not limited to hate speech, explicit and intentional inciting or threat of violence, extortion or revenge pornography or nudity, extreme testing or vetting, unethical research or care, and violations of confidentiality, due process rights, or privacy.
No Explicit Advocacy of Bigotry or Hatred
that you will not explicitly advocate bigotry or hatred against any person or group based on real or perceived characteristics or status delineated in and protected by the Codes and Policies.
No Bullying, Blacklisting or Extortion
that you will not bully, blacklist, blackmail, extort, intimidate, ransom or otherwise equivalently coerce or manipulateĀ another person.
No Stalking or Targeting
that you will not stalk, target, or otherwise surveil or track another person.
No Retaliation
that you will not engage in any activity against a person that constitutes retaliation for being subject to, resisting or reporting discrimination or harassment as described in the Codes and Policies.

No Nudity or Pornography

ā€”Ā You will not engage in any activity or operation, or add or post any content, information or material in, within, with, for, on behalf of or otherwise pertaining to The Ikoku Holdings, or in anyĀ activities, affairs, areas, assets, offices, parts, properties, sections, or equivalent of The Ikoku Holdings, especially the Products and Services, including any networks or systems The Ikoku HoldingsĀ provides access to, that constitutes nudity or pornography (and The Ikoku HoldingsĀ reserves the right to determine what constitutes nudity and pornography).

ā€”Ā And you furthermore will not engage in any activity or operation, or add or post any content, information or material in, within, with, for, on behalf of or otherwise pertaining to The Ikoku Holdings, or in anyĀ activities, affairs, areas, assets, offices, parts, properties, sections, or equivalent of The Ikoku Holdings, especially the Products and Services, including any networks or systems The Ikoku HoldingsĀ provides access to, that advocates, constitutes or facilitates sex or human trafficking or forced, indentured or slave labor.

No Violation of Laws

You will not use The Ikoku HoldingsĀ or anyĀ activities, affairs, areas, assets, offices, parts, properties, sections, or equivalent of The Ikoku Holdings, especiallyĀ the Products and Services, in violation of any applicable export controls, laws, regulations or sanctions. And you will not do anything that otherwise violates any applicable law or regulations, including without limitation any applicable laws and regulations regarding online conduct and acceptable content.

Prompt Notification

You will not do anything that prevents The Ikoku HoldingsĀ ā€” especially the Founder and Owner, Alvan Azinna Chibuzo IkokuĀ ā€” from becoming fully aware and informed of any violation of this Acceptable Use Policy and the Codes and Polices. And you will notify The Ikoku HoldingsĀ ā€” especially the Founder and Owner, Alvan Azinna Chibuzo IkokuĀ ā€” via the proper reporting channels if you become aware of any violation of the above.
