Overview

The Founding and Governing Code of Ethics delineates the conditions, principles, and required commitments for determining the ethics of your activities at The Ikoku Holdings, and in this manner, ethically governs and guides the Agreement you enter into via any conduct or service relating to The Ikoku Holdings. Please, therefore, take the time to read what follows carefully.

I ā€” Your Ethics Agreements

ā€” first, with respect to the Code of Ethics you enter into via your Agreement with the Codes and Policies, you understand and agree to abide by the following:

i. Policy: Name, Nature
that the name of this Policy is the ā€œFounding and Governing Code of Ethics of The Alvan Ikoku Holdingsā€ (the ā€œCode of Ethicsā€ and the ā€œEthicsā€) and that the nature of this Policy is to serve as the code of ethics of The Alvan Ikoku Holdings.
ii. Policy: Composition
that the Code of Ethics consists of all conditions, principles, protections, and equivalent provisions for ethics in the Codes and Policies of The Alvan Ikoku Holdings (the ā€œCodes and Policiesā€ and the ā€œPoliciesā€) and The Ikoku Holdings Conduct and Service Agreement (the ā€œAgreementā€), which therefore include, but are not limited to, those delineated below.
iii. Policy: Agreement
that you understand the Code of Ethics to be an integral part of the Codes and Policies and the Agreement you enter into with The Ikoku Holdings.
iv. Policy: Consent
that your consent to the Codes and Policies and the Agreement includes your legally equivalent consent to the Code of Ethics.
v. Policy: Duties
that your duties to the Codes and Policies and the Agreement includes your legally equivalent duties to the Code of Ethics.
vi. Policy: Entry
that your entry into the Agreement includes your legally equivalent entry into the Code of Ethics, and similarly occurs whenever you commence or continue any conduct or service at, by, for, in, on, with or otherwise relating to The Ikoku Holdings.
vii. Policy: Legally Abiding
that your attestation about your reading, understanding, consenting and agreeing to legally abide by the Codes and Policies and the Agreement includes your legally attestation about your reading, understanding, consenting and agreeing to legally abide by the Code of Ethics, in its entirety without modification or severability, as amended from time to time solely by the Founder.
viii. Policy: Legally Binding
that your attestation about your reading, understanding, consenting and agreeing to be legally bound by the Codes and Policies and the Agreement includes your legally equivalent attestation about your reading, understanding, consenting and agreeing to be legally bound by the Code of Ethics, in its entirety without modification or severability, as amended from time to time solely by the Founder.
ix. Policy: Knowledge
that your attestation about your awareness and acceptance of your responsibility to keep informed and update your knowledge of the Codes and Policies and the Agreement includes your legally equivalent awareness and acceptance of your responsibility to keep informed and update your knowledge of the Code of Ethics, in its entirety without modification or severability, as amended from time to time solely by the Founder.

II ā€” Your Ethics Understandings

ā€” second, with respect to your understandings of the Code of Ethics, you covenant, represent, and warrant the following:

i. Understanding: Ethics
that you have read, understood, consented to, and agreed to be legally bound by and abide by understandings of ethics as they are defined and provided for in the Code of Ethics, the Codes and Policies, and applicable law and regulation.
ii. Understanding: Ethics Conditions
that you have read, understood, consented to, and agreed to be legally bound by and abide by understandings of ethics conditions as they are defined and provided for in the Code of Ethics, the Codes and Policies, and applicable law and regulation, to be fulfilled and respected and not breached or violated, in any way, by you.
iii. Understanding: Ethics Definitions
that you have read, understood, consented to, and agreed to be legally bound by and abide by understandings of ethics definitions as they are defined and provided for in the Code of Ethics, the Codes and Policies, and applicable law and regulation, to be fulfilled and respected and not breached or violated, in any way, by you.
iv. Understanding: Ethics Practices
that you have read, understood, consented to, and agreed to be legally bound by and abide by understandings of ethics practices as they are defined and provided for in the Code of Ethics, the Codes and Policies, and applicable law and regulation, to be fulfilled and respected and not breached or violated, in any way, by you.
v. Understanding: Ethics Principles
that you have read, understood, consented to, and agreed to be legally bound by and abide by understandings of ethics principles as they are defined and provided for in the Code of Ethics, the Codes and Policies, and applicable law and regulation, to be fulfilled and respected and not infringed or violated, in any way, by you.
vi. Understanding: Ethics Processes
that you have read, understood, consented to, and agreed to be legally bound by and abide by understandings of ethics processes as they are defined and provided for in the Code of Ethics, the Codes and Policies, and applicable law and regulation, to be fulfilled and respected and not breached or violated, in any way, by you.
vii. Understanding: Ethics Rights
that you have read, understood, consented to, and agreed to be legally bound by and abide by understandings of ethics rights as they are defined and provided for in the Code of Ethics, the Codes and Policies, and applicable law and regulation, to be fulfilled and respected and not infringed or violated, in any way, by you.
viii. Understanding: Ethics Safeguards
that you have read, understood, consented to, and agreed to be legally bound by and abide by understandings of ethics safeguards and resulting protections as they are defined and provided for in the Code of Ethics, the Codes and Policies, and applicable law and regulation, to be fulfilled and respected and not breached or violated, in any way, by you.
ix. Understanding: Ethics Violations
that you have read, understood, consented to, and agreed to be legally bound by and abide by understandings of ethics breach, diminishment, incompatibility, infringement, and violation as they are defined and provided for in the Code of Ethics, the Codes and Policies, and applicable law and regulation, to not be brought about, in any way, by you.

III ā€” Your Ethics Commitments

ā€” third, with respect to your commitments to the Code of Ethics, you understand and agree to abide by the following:

i. Commitment: Basis
that your commitment is the basis for any conduct or service at, by, for, in, on, with, or otherwise relating to The Ikoku Holdings that you commence or continue ā€” including via any of the Products or Services, or the divisions, series, subsidiaries, or affiliates ā€” and that any such conduct or service is free of any incompatibility with The Ikoku Holdings or violation of the Code of Ethics, the Codes and Policies, or applicable law or regulation.
ii. Commitment: Ethics
that this commitment include but not be limited to upholding for every person at The Ikoku Holdings the most humane, protective and respectful interpretations of ethics, including as provided for in the Code of Ethics, the Codes and Policies, and applicable law and regulation.
iii. Commitment: Ethics Conditions
that this commitment include but not be limited to upholding for every person at The Ikoku Holdings the most humane, protective and respectful interpretations of ethics conditions, including as provided for in the Code of Ethics, the Codes and Policies, and applicable law and regulation.
iv. Commitment: Ethics Definitions
that this commitment include but not be limited to upholding for every person at The Ikoku Holdings the most humane, protective and respectful interpretations of ethics definitions, including as provided for in the Code of Ethics, the Codes and Policies, and applicable law and regulation.
v. Commitment: Ethics Principles
that this commitment include but not be limited to upholding for every person at The Ikoku Holdings the most humane, protective and respectful interpretations of ethics principles, including as provided for in the Code of Ethics, the Codes and Policies, and applicable law and regulation.
vi. Commitment: Ethics Processes
that this commitment include but not be limited to upholding for every person at The Ikoku Holdings the most humane, protective and respectful interpretations of ethics processes, including as provided for in the Code of Ethics, the Codes and Policies, and applicable law and regulation.
vii. Commitment: Ethics Rights
that this commitment include but not be limited to upholding for every person at The Ikoku Holdings the most humane, protective and respectful interpretations of ethics rights, including as provided for in the Code of Ethics, the Codes and Policies, and applicable law and regulation.
viii. Commitment: Ethics Safeguards
that this commitment include but not be limited to upholding for every person at The Ikoku Holdings the most humane, protective and respectful interpretations of ethics safeguards and resulting protections, including as provided for in the Code of Ethics, the Codes and Policies, and applicable law and regulation.
ix. Commitment: Your Duty, Practices
that you respectfully assist solely via Your Duties as described in the Codes and Policies and the Code of Ethics and in no way interfere with or impede the reasonable efforts authorized and executed solely by the Founder to translate the above commitments into practices for adopting and applying policies pertaining to ethics; for adjudicating and determining compliance with the policies; and for fulfilling The Ikoku Holdingsā€™s own duties pertaining to ethics, ethics conditions, ethics definitions, ethics principles, ethics processes, ethics rights, and ethics safeguards and their resulting protections, including as provided for in the Code of Ethics, the Codes and Policies, and applicable law and regulation.
x. Commitment: Your Duty, Protections
that you also respectfully assist solely via Your Duties as described in the Codes and Policies and the Code of Ethics and in no way interfere with or impede the reasonable efforts authorized and executed solely by the Founder to develop and enforce ethics protections derived from, first, applicable law and regulation, and second, from advances in ethics that protect persons in ways that go beyond what such law and regulation currently provides.

Principles

Provision

The Code of Ethics requires your adherence to the conditions above and correlative principles delineated below.

1 ā€” Acknowledgement

Acknowledgement ā€” regarding a basic acknowledgement of each human being as-is, you understand and agree to abide by the following:

i. Acknowledgement of Humanity
that in each human being as-is there exists a humanness, humaneness, and humanity to be humbly acknowledged, accepted and respected.
ii. Inalienable, Innate, Sacred
that in each human being as-is such humanness, humaneness, and humanity is inalienable, innate as well as sacred.
iii. Deserving Reciprocity
that such humanness, humaneness, and humanity is also shared ā€” or common to all ā€” and so deserving of reciprocity.
iv. Treat Humans Humanely
that one should therefore treat all human beings humanely.
v. Acknowledgement via Conduct, Service
that such acknowledgement and treatment of humans is to be maintained via all conduct and service at The Ikoku Holdings.
vi. Acknowledgement via Relations
that such acknowledgement and treatment of humans is to be maintained via all relations to persons at The Ikoku Holdings.
vii. Acknowledgement as Guide
that, in this manner, a basic acknowledgement and treatment of humans governs and guides your activities relating to The Ikoku Holdings as well as your adherence to the Codes and Polices.

2 ā€” Alignment

Alignment ā€” regarding a basic alignment with the Humana Faith, you understand and agree to abide by the following:

i. Alignment via Acknowledgement
that a basic alignment with the Human Faith ā€” as articulated in the acknowledgement of humans ā€” is essential to your relations with The Ikoku Holdings.
ii. Alignment via Conduct, Service
that such alignment with the Humana Faith is to be maintained via all conduct and service at The Ikoku Holdings.
iii. Alignment via Relations
that such alignment with the Humana Faith is to be maintained via all relations to persons at The Ikoku Holdings.
iv. Alignment as Guide
that, in this manner, a basic alignment with the Humana Faith ā€” as further defined and interpreted by the Founder ā€” governs and guides your activities relating to The Ikoku Holdings as well as your adherence to the Codes and Polices.

3 ā€” Agreement

Agreement ā€” regarding a basic agreement with the mission of The Ikoku Holdings, you understand and agree to abide by the following:

i. Agreement with Ikoku Holdings
that a basic agreement with the mission and purposes ā€” as articulated in the conditions of founding ā€” is essential to your relations with The Ikoku Holdings.
ii. Agreement via Conduct, Service
that such agreement with the mission and purposes is to be maintained via all conduct and service at The Ikoku Holdings.
iii. Agreement via Relations
that such agreement with the mission and purposes is to be maintained via all relations to persons at The Ikoku Holdings.
iv. Agreement as Guide
that, in this manner, a basic agreement with the mission and purposes governs and guides your activities relating to The Ikoku Holdings as well as your adherence to the Codes and Polices.

4 ā€” Beneficence

Beneficence ā€” regarding the benefits of basic ethics principles, you understand and agree to abide by the following:

i. Humans Deserve Beneficence
that each human innately deserves and merits the benefits of basic ethics principles.
ii. No Human Deserves Non-Beneficence
that no human deserves or merits an absence of beneficence, whether via non-offer or obstruction of an act or information that would aid.
iii. Ethics as Inquiry into Beneficial
that you genuinely commit to the practice of ethics as rigorous inquiry into how to determine and do what is beneficial.
iv. Beneficence via Conduct, Service
that such commitment to beneficence is to be maintained via all conduct and service at The Ikoku Holdings.
v. Beneficence via Relations
that such commitment to beneficence is to be maintained via all relations to persons at The Ikoku Holdings.
vi. Beneficence as Guide
that, in this manner, a basic commitment to create, do, and provide what is good governs and guides your activities relating to The Ikoku Holdings as well as your adherence to the Codes and Polices.

5 ā€” Concern

Concern ā€” regarding the protections of basic ethics principles, you understand and agree to abide by the following:

i. Humans Deserve Protective Concern
that each human innately deserves and merits protective concern and, therefore, the protections of basic ethics principles.
ii. No Human Deserves Non-Concern
that no human deserves or merits an absence of such concern, whether via indifference or injury, malfeasance or maleficence.
iii. Ethics as Inquiry into Harmful
that you genuinely commit to the practice of ethics as rigorous inquiry into how to determine and not do what is harmful.
iv. Concern via Conduct, Service
that such commitment to protective concern is to be maintained via all conduct and service at The Ikoku Holdings.
v. Concern via Relations
that such commitment to protective concern is to be maintained via all relations to persons at The Ikoku Holdings.
vi. Concern as Guide
that, in this manner, a basic commitment to not create, do, or provide what is harmful governs and guides your activities relating to The Ikoku Holdings as well as your adherence to the Codes and Polices.

6 ā€” Consent

Consent ā€” regarding the ethics of consent, you understand and agree to abide by the following:

i. Humans Deserve to Decide
that each human innately has and exercises an ability to make decisions in his best interest.
ii. No Human Deserves Non-Decision
that no human deserves or merits an absence of opportunity to make decisions in his best interest, whether via disempowerment, disinformation, misinformation, or noninformation.
iii. Consent as Informed Opportunity to Determine
that you genuinely commit to the practice of informed consent as helping humans to best determine what is optimally beneficial or good, against what is minimally harmful or bad, for themselves.
iv. Consent as Informed Opportunity to Decide
that you also genuinely commit to the practice of informed consent as providing humans a reasonable opportunity to make informed decisions, and consequently give or revoke consent.
v. Consent via Conduct, Service
that such commitment to consent is to be maintained via all conduct and service at The Ikoku Holdings.
vi. Consent via Relations
that such commitment to consent is to be maintained via all relations to persons at The Ikoku Holdings.
vii. Consent as Guide
that, in this manner, a basic commitment to facilitate free and informed consent governs and guides your activities relating to The Ikoku Holdings as well as your adherence to the Codes and Polices.

7 ā€” Care

Care ā€” regarding the ethics of care, you understand and agree to abide by the following:

i. Humans Deserve Care
that each human innately deserves and merits care and caring attendance.
ii. No Human Deserves Non-Care
that no human deserves or merits an absence of care, whether via callousness or cruelty, neglect or negligence.
iii. Ethics as Inquiry into Care
that you genuinely commit to the practice of ethics as rigorous inquiry into how best to care and understand what best enables others to be cared for.
iv. Care via Conduct, Service
that such commitment to care and caring is to be maintained via all conduct and service at The Ikoku Holdings.
v. Care via Relations
that such commitment to care and caring is to be maintained via all relations to persons at The Ikoku Holdings.
vi. Care as Guide
that, in this manner, a basic commitment to care governs and guides your activities relating to The Ikoku Holdings as well as your adherence to the Codes and Polices.

8 ā€” Confidentiality

Confidentiality ā€” regarding the ethics of confidentiality, you understand and agree to abide by the following:

i. Humans Deserving Confidentiality
that each human innately deserves and merits confidentiality.
ii. No Human Deserves Non-Confidentiality
that no human deserves or merits an absence of confidentiality, whether via disclosure or exposure, indiscretion or infidelity.
iii. Ethics as Maintaining Confidentiality
that you genuinely commit to the practice of ethics as protecting that which is confidential.
iv. Ethics as Maintaining Confidentiality, Human
that you genuinely commit to the practice of ethics as protecting the absolute confidentiality essential to humans ā€” of the inner being, body, and brain, as well as inner self, soul, and spirit.
v. Ethics as Maintaining Confidentiality, Mind
that you, therefore, genuinely commit to the practice of ethics as protecting the absolute confidentiality of the mind and its activities, contents, and signs.
vi. Ethics as Maintaining Confidentiality, Self
that you also genuinely commit to the practice of ethics as protecting the absolute confidentiality of a humanā€™s activities with the self ā€” in physical or virtual solitude, in silence or in voice, written or otherwise recorded, for the selfā€™s purposes.
vii. Confidentiality via Conduct, Service
that such commitment to confidentiality is to be maintained via all conduct and service at The Ikoku Holdings.

that, in this manner, a basic commitment to confidentiality governs and guides your activities relating to The Ikoku Holdings as well as your adherence to the Codes and Polices.

9 ā€” Dignity

Dignity ā€” regarding the ethics of dignity, you understand and agree to abide by the following:

i. Humans Deserve Dignity
that each human innately deserves and merits dignity, specifically, of the state and treatment of his person.
ii. No Human Deserves Non-Dignity
that no human deserves or merits an absence of such dignity, whether via public debasement or example, social ritual or stripping of rights.
iii. Ethics as Dignity in Treatment
that you genuinely commit to the practice of ethics as rigorous inquiry into how best to treat each person as fully human, and thus with dignity.
iv. Dignity via Conduct, Service
that such commitment to dignity is to be maintained via all conduct and service at The Ikoku Holdings.
v. Dignity via Relations
that such commitment to dignity is to be maintained via all relations to persons at The Ikoku Holdings.
vi. Dignity as Guide
that, in this manner, a basic commitment to the dignity of persons governs and guides your activities relating to The Ikoku Holdings as well as your adherence to the Codes and Polices.

10 ā€” Duty

Duty ā€” regarding the ethics of duty, you understand and agree to abide by the following:

i. Principle and Correlative Duty
that each principle of the Codes and Policies incurs a correlative duty toward its fulfillment.
ii. Ethics as Fulfillment of Duties
that the Founder and his appointed official persons commit to the practice of ethics as conscientiously fulfilling duties of care, conduct, and service delineated by each principle.
iii. Duty via Conduct, Service
that such commitment to duty is to be maintained via all conduct and service at The Ikoku Holdings.
iv. Duty via Relations
that such commitment to duty is to be maintained via all relations to persons at The Ikoku Holdings.
v. Duty as Guide
that, in this manner, a basic commitment to the duties of principles governs and guides your activities relating to The Ikoku Holdings as well as your adherence to the Codes and Polices.

11 ā€” Equality

Equality ā€” regarding the ethics of equality, you understand and agree to abide by the following:

i. Humans Deserve Equality
that each human innately deserves and merits equality, specifically, of their status under the law.
ii. No Human Deserves Non-Equality
that no human deserves or merits an absence of such equality, whether in opportunity, protection, or treatment.
iii. Ethics as Equality, Reciprocity
that you genuinely commit to the practice of ethics as rigorous application of equality via reciprocity.
iv. Ethics as Not Doing What Is Not Done
that you, therefore, genuinely commit to the practice of ethics as not doing to any person what is not done simultaneously to each and every human being, or what would not be done to oneself or oneā€™s most loved one.
v. Equality via Conduct, Service
that such commitment to equality is to be maintained via all conduct and service at The Ikoku Holdings.
vi. Equality via Relations
that such commitment to equality is to be maintained via all relations to persons at The Ikoku Holdings.
vii. Equality as Guide
that, in this manner, a basic commitment to equality governs and guides your activities relating to The Ikoku Holdings as well as your adherence to the Codes and Polices.

12 ā€” Equipoise

Equipoise ā€” regarding the ethics of equipoise, you understand and agree to abide by the following:

i. Equipoise of Priority
that the humanity of each human innately deserves and merits priority over the interests of a community or generalizable knowledge.
ii. No Human Deserves Non-Priority
that no human deserves or merits an absence of such equipoise, whether via inhumane, undue or unequal burden, treatment, or use.
iii. Ethics as Equipoise, Non-Instrumentality
that you genuinely commit to the practice of ethics as refraining from the instrumental use of a human as means to othersā€™s ends.
iv. Ethics as Equipoise, Non-Utilitarianism
that you also genuinely commit to the practice of ethics as refraining from burdening, depriving, harming, imperiling, or sacrificing a human for the greater good or the increased or maximal gain of a community, field, or state.
v. Ethics as Equipoise, Refraining, Stopping
that you, therefore, genuinely commit to the practice of ethics as refraining and stopping wherever there is reason to believe ā€” or a remote possibility ā€” that such instrumental use or utilitarianism will result for any human.
vi. Equipoise via Conduct, Service
that such commitment to equipoise is to be maintained via all conduct and service at The Ikoku Holdings.
vii. Equipoise via Relations
that such commitment to equipoise is to be maintained via all relations to persons at The Ikoku Holdings.
viii. Equipoise as Guide
that, in this manner, a basic commitment to equipoise governs and guides your activities relating to The Ikoku Holdings as well as your adherence to the Codes and Polices.

13 ā€” Freedom

Freedom ā€” regarding the ethics of freedom, you understand and agree to abide by the following:

i. Humans Deserve Freedom
that each human innately deserves and merits the basic, civil and fundamental freedoms accorded them by their polities.
ii. No Human Deserves Non-Freedom
that no human deserves or merits an absence of such freedoms, whether via coercion or constraint, subjection or subjugation.
iii. Ethics as Safeguarding Freedom
that you genuinely commit to the practice of ethics as protecting that which is innately free.
iv. Ethics as Safeguarding Freedom, Human
that you genuinely commit to the practice of ethics as protecting the absolute freedom essential to humans ā€” of the inner being, body, and brain, as well as inner self, soul, and spirit.
v. Ethics as Safeguarding Freedom, Mind
that you, therefore, genuinely commit to the practice of ethics as protecting the absolute freedom of the mind and its activities, contents, and explorations.
vi. Ethics as Safeguarding Freedom, Self
that you also genuinely commit to the practice of ethics as protecting the absolute freedom of a humanā€™s activities with the self ā€” in physical or virtual solitude, in silence or in voice, written or otherwise recorded, for the selfā€™s purposes.
vii. Freedom via Conduct, Service
that such commitment to freedom is to be maintained by all conduct and service at The Ikoku Holdings.
viii. Freedom via Relations
that such commitment to freedom is to be maintained by all relations to persons at The Ikoku Holdings.
ix. Freedom as Guide
that, in this manner, a basic commitment to freedom governs and guides your activities relating to The Ikoku Holdings as well as your adherence to the Codes and Polices.

14 ā€” Honor

Honor ā€” regarding the ethics of honor, you understand and agree to abide by the following:

i. Humans Deserve Honor
that each human innately deserves and merits honor, specifically, of wishes concerning his person.
ii. No Human Deserves Non-Honor
that no human deserves or merits an absence of such honor, whether via disdain or disregard, ignorance or inattention.
iii. Ethics as Honoring Wishes
that you genuinely commit to the practice of ethics as honoring each humanā€™s wishes concerning his person.
iv. Honor via Conduct, Service
that such commitment to honor is to be maintained via all conduct and service at The Ikoku Holdings.
v. Honor via Relations
that such commitment to honor is to be maintained via all relations to persons at The Ikoku Holdings.
vi. Honor as Guide
that, in this manner, a basic commitment to honoring persons governs and guides your activities relating to The Ikoku Holdings as well as your adherence to the Codes and Polices.

15 ā€” Inclusion

Inclusion ā€” regarding the ethics of inclusion, you understand and agree to abide by the following:

i. Humans as Deserving Inclusion
that each human innately deserves and merits inclusion.
ii. No Human Deserves Non-Inclusion
that no human deserves or merits an absence of inclusion, whether via ban or banishment, smear or stigma.
iii. Ethics as Due Accommodation
that you genuinely commit to the practice of ethics as according humans due accommodation as it pertains to ableness, discrimination, or injury.
iv. Ethics as Due Recognition
that you also genuinely commit to the practice of ethics as according humans due recognition of their diverse and unique contributions, especially from knowledge gained through experience, inquiry, or insight.
v. Inclusion via Conduct, Service
that such commitment to inclusion is to be maintained via all conduct and service at The Ikoku Holdings.
vi. Inclusion via Relations
that such commitment to inclusion is to be maintained via all relations to persons at The Ikoku Holdings.
vii. Inclusion as Guide
that, in this manner, a basic commitment to inclusion governs and guides your activities relating to The Ikoku Holdings as well as your adherence to the Codes and Polices.

16 ā€” Justice

Justice ā€” regarding the ethics of justice, you understand and agree to abide by the following:

i. Humans Deserve Justice
that each human innately deserves and merits humane fairness, lawfulness, and in this manner, justice.
ii. No Human Deserves Non-Justice

that Alvan Azinna Chibuzo Ikoku innately deserves and merits the rights to property and to found, administer, and own The Ikoku Holdings.
ii. Ikoku Holdings Deserves Organization
that The Ikoku Holdings deserves and merits treatment as person and property with organizational centrality and unity, confidentiality and privacy, freedom and liberty, independence and integrity under its administration and ownership by the Founder, Alvan Azinna Chibuzo Ikoku.
iii. Conditions of Founding, Governance
that it is, therefore, of utmost importance that all persons relating to The Ikoku Holdings rigorously adhere to the Conditions of Founding, the Conditions of Governance, and all provisions for Founder and organizational centrality and unity, confidentiality and privacy, freedom and liberty, independence and integrity in the Codes and Policies.
iv. Sole Entity
that, notwithstanding any other provisions of the Codes and Policies, the principles, protections, and provisions for the organizational centrality and unity, confidentiality and privacy, freedom and liberty, independence and integrity of The Ikoku Holdings ā€” as one unified entity administered solely by the Founder ā€” are not to be infringed in any way.
v. Sole Founder
that, notwithstanding any other provisions of the Codes and Policies, the sole Founder, Alvan Azinna Chibuzo Ikoku, is the sole Member, Manager, Officer, and Owner of The Ikoku Holdings.
vi. Sole Powers
that, notwithstanding any other provisions of the Codes and Policies, the Founder is the sole person with any and all of the interests, powers, and rights pertaining to the administration, including governance, and ownership of The Ikoku Holdings.
vii. Sole Policy Powers
that, notwithstanding any other provisions of the Codes and Policies, the Founder is the sole person with any and all of the attendant powers pertaining to the Codes and Policies, including their interpretation as well as the adjudication and determination of compliance.
viii. Refrain from Infringement
that you genuinely commit to refraining from infringing, in any way, any aspect of the administration, including governance, and ownership of The Ikoku Holdings by the Founder, Alvan Azinna Chibuzo Ikoku.
ix. Unity as Guide
that, in this manner, a basic commitment to respect and uphold such administration, ownership, and unity guides your activities relating to The Ikoku Holdings as well as your adherence to the Codes and Polices.

Value ā€” regarding the ethics of value, you understand and agree to abide by the following:

that each human has and exercises an ability to form, inform, and reform a given set of values.
